I been with this bank for many years the people have always been nice to me and helped me out when needed. Vicky is extremely nice I don’t know about some of these comments the bank itself might not be the best but their staff is usually friendly and helpful

This is by FAR THE WORST BANK . Manager Victoria is very rude and acts to busy to help a customer. I never write reviews but in this case I wouldn’t recommend this site to anybody who’s looking for any help with this bank. IM SO GLAD I DONT WORK FOR VICTORIA !!

opened an account here and everyone at this bank is useless, the manager failed to tell me that since i’m a new customer, if i deposit my check through the app it’ll take over 2 weeks to deposit. when i bring that up she says “well if i knew you were gonna do it i would’ve told you” you’d think it’s common sense to tell people these things. but clearly from my experience here i see not a single worker has any common sense. i go in to withdrawal money and the guy at the desk looks at me crazy and goes “huh” as if he’s never heard of withdrawing money … at a bank. other times i have walked in and there’s several people behind the counter doing absolutely nothing and yet i don’t get help or even the chance to talk to someone for at least 10 minutes. go to another bank. i have never seen so many incompetent people in one workplace.

Worst bank ever. I always had problems taking my money out; however, I never had issues when I deposited money. The three consecutive times l went to withdraw money, I left empty handed to to their "technical issues." Also, to top if off, their ATM was always empty; moreover, the employees constantly had attitudes. I can't call the bank and get a representative on the phone, because the wait time is over an hour. The website has not worked for the past 6 days. They won't issue replacement checks. I had bills to pay; consequencely; my bills were paid late. So do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else. At this point, I would rather leave my money under my mattress rather than leave it in a NYCB. If I could, my rating for this bank would be 0 stars.

We waited 30 minutes waiting for one of our checks to be cashed out and the woman "helping" us had a horrible attitude from the start, then answered a personal call before even attempting to complete the transaction. The manager stood there staring at us and decided not to help us. Then when we tried to get her attention acted like she didn't hear us for 10 minutes. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
