I bought something online and had to return it . Well the women in store had real bad attitude and has no time for us. I'm not sure why people come here with all the attitude from employees. They may want to rethink who they hire? Maybe how can I help? yes or no how about I'm sorry I can't. But no just attitude and no time for you. So old navy I'm finished with you and your rude employees.

Ordered online and was ready in two hours. Did not have to want in the long line for pick up. Shoes my barcode and received my package! Wonderful experience and great time saver if you know what you want!

I recently visited Old Navy right before the school year started, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The store was impressively clean, and the clothes were well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. What made my visit even better was the fantastic sales they had going on that day. However, it's worth noting that there might be a slight wait at the checkout, as they typically have 2 to 3 cashiers. So, mentally preparing for a short wait can ensure a smooth shopping experience during busy times.

This location is really big… like really big. It would benefit from having more employees on the floor to keep or put items back in their locations and folded as we know customers can be extremely messy and just not care to put items back where they got it which makes the store look out of order. Being that this location is so huge, I think putting more employees on the schedule and double up on sections would help.

i spent 15 minutes on a line that only had 3 people. an additional 13 people made a line behind me as i was still waiting. a cashier watched the line grow & continued to put away returns it was only her and another cashier. every time I come to this location I experience that even if I am the person at the front of the line. they ignore the customers and do other things instead of helping the next customer in line.

There is one person that stands out in this old navy store! No one doenst give her the recognition that she deserves! She works hard, she’s always on time, she gets a work done when they assign her what to do, she doesn’t call out, always asking for more days and hoursand when people ask her for help she’s more then happy to help the customers out! Also when managers ask her to stay a little longer, she has no problem staying!I’ve noticed there is a revolving door with employees here at this store. One thing I can say shes a familiar face when you walk through those doors. You can’t forget about her smile! Good Job Charlyse!

While my family and I were waiting to pay for my selected items, my son was thirsty and decided to grab a Coke-a-cola. Because the line was long, I allowed him to open the beverage prior to paying for it. After tasting the drink, he complained that it tasted strange so my wife decided to try it. She gave it a taste and noted that the drink was flat. Confounded, I grabbed the drink and inspected it for an expiration date. After finding the expiration date, I noticed that it read JAN2323. I calmly waited to reach the young lady at the cash wrap. I received a warm greeting and proceeded to explain to the young lady that I had my son open the drink because he was thirsty and the line was long but it was expired. Because the drink was still nearly full, I simply asked if I still had to pay for it since it was expired. The young lady asked me to wait a moment as she looked over to her supervisor, Shawntae, explaining the details of our concerns. Shawntae, looked over in our general direction as if we were not there, and proceeded to tell the young lady who was taking care of us at the register "Well they opened it so they have to pay for it." The young lady repeated to her that the drink was expired and she reiterated that I had to pay for it. Apologetically, the young lady added the soda to my purchase. As a customer who frequently visits that location, my wife and I always shop at the store two to three times a month for our children. My wife even has an Old Navy Credit Card from how often we come by. The blatant disrespect we received from this "supervisor" was not up to par with what we are typically used to shopping at this location. To be frank, I had no issue with paying for the beverage that I did have my son open before paying for it, but the lack of attention that my family was given. Had Shawntae given me the decency to at least look at me, address my concern, and tell me that unfortunately because I opened the drink prior to purchase, I would not have been so upset. The young lady behind the register appeared to be afraid to even give me her name as we finished up our purchase. I'm dissatisfied with the interaction my family and I had with Sahwntae. Additionally, to have expired merchandise with no sense of urgency to address it is quite disturbing.

If i could give a zero that would be what this store gets. This store was HORRIBLE! Very unorganized, clothes on floor, thrown around, sizes not where they go or on the correct hanger. Fitting rooms were a mess. No employee there to guide you to which room was available, clothes thrown everywhere on the bench in the fitting room, no employee to receive what i wasn’t going to be taking which creates more of a mess. I got to the register after being called and cashier person tells me i can only use one coupon per transaction and that isn’t true. I’ve been to many old navy’s where i can use however many coupons at a time of my total amount to bring the price down. Line was also long and there was only one employee taking customers and doing a credit card application which made transactions lengthy, after already being called to come forward to her register she walks off to the corner to shout herself out to her peers on the walkie while I’m just standing there trying to figure out why she walked off in the first place. employee didn’t even ask for back up help to bring down the line. I’d never recommend this store to anyone. Manager at the time didn’t even introduce herself or express any understanding of where my frustration with her store was. I came here as i was close by and going forward I’ll go back to my local store downtown Manhattan because this was unacceptable to see.
