The manager Walter is so amazing he helped me so so much at this location. I am so happy to go to this location for shopping. He was so patient with me and helped me throughout my shopping.

This WAS my old navy of choice until this afternoon. I walked in with my daughter in a stroller and my sister. We were browsing the sale section near the registers while I was also trying to get my toddler to sit in her stroller calmly without having a meltdown. I was placing the items literally ONTOP of the stroller, over the sunshade in plain view because I obviously don’t have a free hand to grab a basket. JEFFREY the manager on duty with the shiny bald head that looks like a milk dud proceeds to pop his head around the corner to loudly greet us. Ok cool, weird but whatever. We continue shopping in the same section when I feel someone staring. I look up and it’s shiny baldy there again standing by the doors very obviously looking at us and speaking into his walkie. I couldn’t hear what he said but it was obvious that it was about us. This man stands there for the entire time that we’re shopping looking at us I guess hoping to tackle us for a pair of 10 dollar jeans if we decide to make a run for it with them draped over the giant stroller with my toddler in it and my sister in her heeled platform boots that she probably couldn’t even run in if she wanted to because they weigh like 10 pounds each.. I’m so mad that I even purchased anything from that store but in my defense I wanted to prove a point and not walk out empty handed with him thinking that he stopped us from stealing 10 dollars worth of merchandise. He finally moves away from the door when he sees us paying. This was my first bad experience at this store. I’m a minority as is he so to for him to come up to the only minority women in that section and act like that is ridiculous and I’m highly offended. Call me dramatic but I will never set foot into any old navy again because of Jeffrey. I’m disgusted.

I like old navy but every time I order there is missing stuff. They say ok we'll give it back and never comes. Then I have to fight it with cc company. I'm actually done now. Good luck you lost a big family

Arrive at 6:55 and doors were already closed I called the store and asked what time they closed. She said we’re closed right now. And I asked once more “what time do you close?” And she said 7 PM. Didn’t know stores can take it open themselves to close the store earlier than the scheduled time.

Yesterday I went with my fiancé to do some shopping. Everyone I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. The first and last person I encountered was a young lady with light hair and light eyes, she was very nice and provided great customer service. The next individual was an Asian man he was very attentive and provided exceptional customer service. And the last person was a Hispanic young man with curly hair he was very knowledgeable on the old navy products an provided great service as well .

The cashiers are racially profiling you weather they want to help you or not. Not very professional and Doesn’t seem very ethical.. Worst part the lady was Black And she’s was looking AT ME ! WOW OKAY it’s 2023 people get over racism!!!! If you don’t like minorities living here go live somewhere else !!!
