Luis Figgs is an excellent human being. He has made our shopping experience at PC Richards one that we will always remember and for all the right reasons. We know this is the time of the year when a salesperson can be a bit much while one is trying to shop. Meaning hovering over you or pushing you to possibly purchase something you may not necessarily need. Luis was there to answer our questions but more importantly to allow us space to browse the store without feeling pressured. Henry was also a pleasure to work with and for that we say THANK YOU!
