The manager of this store is disgusting! I have never dealt with so much unpreparedness and unhappy service because was working.he looks angry when attending female customers! He thinks he's more than the customers who pay his salary, he thinks we're doing him a favor by buying from the store! He was extremely aggressive when I asked for help because I was waiting 13 minutes and there was only one employee to help, I was very polite! he is sarcastic, speaks loudly with an unprofessional and elegant attitude for someone who works with people, in addition to his authoritarian manner. . ! He refused to sell two rings I wanted, yes Pandora you have a manager who doesn't want to sell!!! I asked the price separately, there was no price on the pieces and he didn't want to show me, he didn't want to give me his name so I could make a complaint and in the end he called the security guard to remove me from the store because I retorted and questioned the way he he was treating me , and I called him an unhappy employee! I read the comments below and this isn't the first person to complain about this guy and the security guard also said that the police came to the store because of him! Why does Pandora insist on having a terrible employee as part of the team? There are thousands of qualified people ready to be managers! This employee with this attitude destroys the brand's reputation! I will probably return accompanied by a police officer or a man because he only disrespects women, never men! I don't recommend it at all! If you can, go to the Westchester mall there, the service is infinitely better, and if you go to that store, take your husband/boyfriend/friend and he will treat you with great affection!

I went in to buy my niece a charm but ended up with a bracelet and a few charms. They also had a sale that provided me with a free bracelet that I fell in love with so of course I needed a charm for that bracelet. I honestly left with great pieces at amazing prices.

I am very disappointed with the people they have working there I went yesterday to have my bracelet cleaned and the young lady that was there said you have to wait a moment which was fine I waited and waited and when I went to look she went to attend some else and never had the courtesy to say anything she just kept attending the other customer mind you the store didn’t have a lot of people when I went in and on top of that she looked upset if that’s the way a customer is treated that’s ashame

I love pandora, and purchase from this brand frequently but I will never shop/go into this store ever again. Everytime I go, everyone is impolite and rude. Truly, everytime I go there is a problem. I try and give them the benefit of the doubt every so often and I always leave wishing I didn’t visit(like today). I will be taking the extra time and visiting farther locations instead. If you want to have a pleasant/normal experience DONT visit this location.

Thank God for Candeice( sry if I spelled wrong) she was a heaven sent at another store my sister charm was not put in the box, so Candeice stepped in to help me get it fixed. My sister was very sad until Candice stepped in to fix the mistakes. Mistakes happen I'm just glad it will be fixed. The charm will be mailed to us. So all is well. Thx god for a great person like Candiece a great team player????

Let me start by stating I purchase multiple charms as gifts for my son’s girlfriend. I usually order them online or go to White Plains or Cross Bay Plaza. Today I went to Yonkers I will never shop in this Pandora again!!!! The sales lady was flat and not helpful…. I was told I could replace a charm that broke and she told me she could not replace the charm due to the time frame or go back to the Pandora that told me this..and if I was not happy with the policy file a complaint with the better business bureau. I still purchased another charm the young lady was there to pick up now when in White Plains or Cross Bay the staff put the charms on the staff cleans the bracelet when I asked the young lady would she clean the bracelet she asked her manager Gio can she clean the bracelet he said no & turned his head….i stated I did not understand why he just said nope can’t do it…well this would be my last trip here have a good day he tried to tell us he said no because they were short staff as an afterthought… With 4 sales people and 2 customers please make it make sense. This location is rude and thoughtless and need customer service training especially Gio

A one start is too much of a rating. This store's managers and all of their employees need to be train for customer service. They are rude , disrespectful, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Anyone takes the chance to go to this store, it is guaranteed that in one of the visits you will be as disappointed as many of us has experience. The owners aren't doing enough to get this situation fixed. READ OTHER REVIEWS and will notice the pattern and that I am not the only one complaining, but perhaps the only one with evidence(to follow). Stop buying at this location or share your evidence, maybe that will get their owners attention to make much needed changes.

I love Pandora! One of my fave places to shop for jewelry. However, we had went in and put our names down. When I had asked how long of a wait time, she said “one moment” and never let me know how long so I left. ((i didn’t get her name.)) But understandable since it was packed. I went in again after about half an hour and this guy name Giovanni or something came and said can i get a name. i had said we had put our names down already. In a rude manner with an attitude as well, he said your name was called already and this other girl worker had something else to say as well. So not a good start. However, the young girl that attended me was kind and helpful. I didn’t get her name but she was nicer than her other 2 coworkers.

Not impressed with the Cross County location. No personal attention. They don't make an effort to upscale. In such a hurry ? they made me feel like they wanted me to hurry up and go. Never again.

Not a pleasant experience. I did site to store pickup. There was only 1 person working in the area. There are at least 10 ppl waiting in line to pick up their orders. The hispanic manager mumbled under her breath about her workers needing breaks. There were several orders still not ready as the customer arrived to the counter. Gabriella, the young lady who worked at the pickup countertop was asking questions like are you here for pickup? Finally the store manager came to explain that online orders take 2-4 hours to complete. Instead of establishing pickup confirmation before allowing ppl in the store. Will not be coming back. I’m just trying
