I just purchased eyeglasses today. from time that I enter, I was greeted with Pleasant smiles by all .Josie help me with, choosing my first eyeglasses and rest I wish I remember everybody’s name they all make me feel like I knew them forever. Great experience.!!!!!!!!

I would have to say the employees were somewhat professional and my eye exam went smoothly.The location is very large and looks empty on the far end of the store since they have no displays of frames.When ordering my frames I wanted a specific type of frames(frameless) but the ones on display were blue. So the employee told me she can order them in black with the same lens design.I went to pearl vision in Yonkers today and was greeted by an employee in the front. She directed me to the lab technician in the far right hand corner of the store so I can pick up and fit my glasses.The lighting in the pickup section is very dark and I couldn’t make out if the frames were black or blue. I left the store and went home and looked at the frames in a brighter light and noticed they were the same blue I did not want to. The shape of the lenses were also not what I wanted. It seems like the employee confused my order and ordered lenses from a different frame I was looking at and put the order through with that shape lens with the blue frames.I have no patience with going back to the store and complaining, It’s just not worth the stress.Instead here is my review of Pearl Vision of Yonkers. I may get a prescription here in the future but I think I will take that prescription to another business.

I am a long term customer at Pearle Vision but I will no longer be going there for my eye exams. Over the past 3 years there has been a frequent turn over. Unfortunately I was 15 minutes late for an appt and I was turned away when I arrived. I called while driving to let them know I am on my way and was running late. But I was told I would have to reschedule. When I called them from my car I was 10 minutes late. I decided to see how busy they were at the time. When I walked in 1 person was in the waiting area filling out paper work??? I am a healthcare professional and I myself have never turned away patients who were 15 minutes late. There was no manager in the store to speak to and the person at the front desk/reception area did not seem to want to accommodate me at all. I understand if the waiting room was full but 1 person in the waiting room?? The store was basically empty. There was a time when they accepted walk ins.

Lousy business. Called in advance to pick up my glasses, was told they close at 6pm. Not only did they close before 6pm (advertised on google and their website), 3 of their associates saw me knocking on the outside door, looked at each other then proceeded to lock the second door to the store directly in my face. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t bother coming here.

Terrible customer service. I went in 2 times and called at least 5 times in the span of 2 weeks and they still haven't ordered my glasses.I chose frames the first time I went in, but apparently there is only one woman who knows how to use my insurance, so they set aside my frames and said they would complete the order over the phone when she was there. Once she came in, she couldn't find the frames, and I had to come back in to look for them. I couldn't find them in the display, and she couldn't be bothered to help me. I asked her if she could look at a photo of the frames on my phone, and she simply stared at me from her seat, and I had to reach over the counter on my tip-toes to try and show her the photo. Very uncomfortable situation. Once she decided to get up, she found the frames stashed away somewhere in less than 5 minutes. Again I was told they would complete the order over the phone at a later date. I called a few times since then to try and move this process along, and they keep saying they'll get back to me.Reading it all out now I'm surprised I spent as much time as I did on this. Needless to say I'm getting my glasses elsewhere.

Lowest and slowest service. Lady on reception got some serious attitude issue. Doesn't know the copay or other details in insurance. Definitely will avoid this place.

The worst of the worst. My wife ordered contact lenses 3 months ago and she’s still waiting to get them. When you call to complain they tell you the manager will call you back and never does. AVOID THIS PLACE!! They are totally incompetent and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There are plenty of other eye glass companies out there that would gladly do better by you. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE…

I've come to Pearle Vision for close to 15 years now. Sadly, the past few years the service has gone from bad to worse. Even the good eye doctors of the past have up and left. The staff is hit or miss. Customer service, has gotten terrible. Orders done incorrectly, or not ordered at all. One excuse after another. Also, be sure to check your receipt and what your actually paying for. I saw things on my billing that were incorrect and I challenged them. I knew exactly what my insurance company was paying for and how much they should be charging me. I'm looking into other options for next year.
