I don't know how many people work there, but the lady with short gray hair and glasses was soo unhelpful. I was in there trying to find a new perfume for myself and I asked her to smell some perfumes (they have testers behind the counter) and she was so dismissive and ignored me after I asked her if I could smell something multiple times. Awkward much ? She was only nice to me after I bought something. I regret buying anything from that lady. GO TO MACYS ! At least the perfume people in the front are all up in your face and want to help you

Called to see of they had Tiffany. Gave me the price. The Spanish speaking lady (don't recall the name) was great. Went in to get it, she was juggling multiple customers, while one checked something out, she took care of me and rang me up. Nice stuff.

The products are economically affordable in comparison to Macy’s and other high end stores. Also legit. However, the representative that helped me, Joseph, was extremely sarcastic, and not helpful. His tone, body language and way of speaking to customers are unethical. He is not a people person, and doesn’t know how to treat others.

His tone, body language and way of speaking to customers are unethical. He is not a people person, and doesn’t know how to treat others. I made a purchase of $451 during the time there was a promo for a free tote if you spend over $125. Unfortunately, they were all out, which is understandable, but when asked if I can be compensated for something else, he flat out told me no in a condescending manner. Not even gift bags when asked. He stated I had to pay for them. Joseph either needs to work in stock or take a training on customer centered care and communication skills.
