Came in to do a return for a leash. Sales associated said he couldn't do it because I didn't have the the email with the barcode. I had both receipts with the order number and that it had been picked up and paid. He said he couldn't do it and said he would have to call customer service. Then he said he can't do it, so I offered to call customer service. So I spent 15 minutes on the phone doing his job. Eventually customer service all they need is the order number. I told them I have it to the person at the store 20 min ago. She got on the phone with the sales associate and said she would refund the money. This is why places close down because there is no in store customer service anymore.

When I first came 3 appointments back for her bordatella vaccine I was told that the other two shots would be $99 so I came back for the next 2 appointments and this last one they said I had to pay another $51.50. I questioned this and was told oh no this wasn’t included. That was not previously stated and I don’t think I should have been asked to pay additional fee. Please rectify this.

Perpetually awful customer service & Eukanuba stock. Every time I give this place a shot, I regret it. Good luck finding anyone friendly, knowledgeable and assertive working here.

I work next door I can hear the grooming staff especially the guys yelling at the dogs to stop whining or to "shut up!" if the dogs bark it's sad to hear them yell at the dogs if the grooming staff is doing that what else are they doing to upset the dogs or treat them horribly I will never bring any pets to get groomed there again. And neither are my friends because I wouldn't want to have my fur babies or my friends fur babies be treated like that and I hear it regularly every day from 9-6p I'm next door in my office hearing the disrespect towards the dogs it breaks my heart. Please be careful if you love your dog don't do it they are still yelling at them and cursing at them clearly the manager is not stopping them !! Corporate is not stopping them either! It's sad

I came in to confirm an appointment they confirmed it even though they knew they had an issue with the groomers. Then they decided to cancel my appointment without notice the same day my pet was supposed to go with, absolutely unprofessional, and I will not be supporting this business any longer that's what Amazon is here and this is why small businesses don't do well.

Israel groomed my dog here, cut both ears using clippers instead of scissors, completely cut one nail off leaving the whole quick exposed, and didn't say anything about it at pickup. Need to have my dog put under to trim the whole quick back and stitch his ear.

If you VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE please do not take your pet here. I stopped in to make an appointment because I had to purchase items from Petco. There were two male groomers on site and a customer waiting. The groomer sitting down, asked if I could be helped. I proceed to say yes, I wanted to make an appointment since I am here already and I also communicated I called earlier and left a message but they were busy. The groomer STATED YOU CAN GO ONLINE AND BOOK THE APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE PETCO APP. I replied, my desire is to make the appointment in person instead of creating an account online. He then says but that is how you are supposed to make appointments. I responded, the last time I was here I was able to make an appointment. The groomer went on to say, still in front of the customer and another groomer, which I later found out by another manager, that he is the GROOMING MANAGER, So you expect me to stop what I'm doing to help you?At that point I was shocked by the disrespect and lack of customer service by this individual. I told this MAN no I do not expect you to stop what you are doing but thank you and as I walked out he called me an ASSHOLE.I did not deserve the disrespect from this man alone not in front of a customer and his Manager. The manager did nothing to correct his employee nor did he acknowledge the disrespect I received from this man as a customer.These two employees are providing a service and as a customer and a returning customer OF VETCO, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR ANY FUTURE Services OR SUPPLIES at this location .Your employees are a reflection of the STORE.THANK YOU TO THE GENTLEMAN OSCAR who sympathized with me and provided me with the necessary info to file a complaint. Which I will be reaching out to the corporate office next.

Went in for the first time where I scheduled an appointment in advance and waited 25 minutes to be called. While waiting, the people in front of us were informed by the employee that he would only do a trim and not a haircut because it was the dog's first time and that it would be 3-4 hours. They were shocked because of the timeframe and that their dog was calm and well behaved with the employee. When it was finally my turn, thinking that their dog would take longer because of the haircut, I was told that it will be over 4 hours to have a bath done because they have 14 dogs ahead of mine with only one person staffed. Not his fault that he was the only person, but why have appointment slots if they are overbooked? Doesn't make sense. Asked to have nails trimmed instead and said that would be at least 3 hours. Didn't want to leave my dog crated in the back for hours for something that I could get done somewhere else a lot quicker. Overall not a great experience and a waste of time. Definitely never coming back.

Our local grooming place closed and so we tried this place out for a start. I dropped off our dog and within ten minutes they called back saying that our dog had a sore on his body and that we needed to pick him up asap. Israel was yelling at my wife and was extremely unprofessional telling her that we had to pick him up now. It is still unclear whether he had a sore or if they cute him by accident. When I picked him up they had just hacked his hair off and left him this way. This was the worst experience ever and I will not be back. Israel was very rude and lacked basic customer service. Do yourselves a favor and do not go here!
