In what world is this ok? Charged me $90 for a gel manicure and pedicure but can’t even shape and paint properly. & 3 layers of color and then another 3 layers of top coat? And don’t get me started on the nail tools, rusted. Towels, dirty. Just a horrible experience over all but that was the only nail salon opened on Juneteenth and I literally had no other choice.

Great experience with Diane! My nails are still perfectly secure and the design is like new a month later even though I’ve been rather rough with them. Awesome experience including friendly service for a great price :-)Services: Nail painting

Horrible customer service. They act like they are ready for you and made me wait for an hour. They use dirty tools. How are they even open? Never coming back. Don’t waist your time this is a health hazard place. Super unsanitary…Service: Acrylic nails

I went to get my nails done from them on Saturday, 9/3 and two days later on 9/5 two of my nails completely chipped. Mind you this is a gel nail polish set, the polish came clean off. If you zoom in on the other nails the color is discolored and turning green at the base and tip of the nail.I went today, 9/10 to rectify the situation and they gave me terrible service. When I went in to throw them my nails they took no accountability and told me to sit and wait for service. I am sitting waiting to serviced and other customers are coming in and getting serviced before me. When I asked her what was going on instead of coming to speak to me she’s speaking from her chair telling me that I should’ve came back in 3 days if there was an issue with my nails and that she will talk to me when she is done with her client.There customer service is terrible. I will never go back.

Diane is a lifesaver! After struggling with my nails and ruining them in every way possible, she has supported my journey on getting them healthy again. She does amazing! She takes her time doing my nails and my pedicures are great as well.

I made an appointment with Nancy for dip powder. It was my first time there. The price was average, usually ranges from $40-$45. From my understanding Nancy is the owner and she did a horrible job. First problem was she was not using dip powder products. She had the dip power but not the base or the seal dryer. She put my nails under the uv light after each dip and then put 3 or 4 coats of gel ish top coat, which is used for gel nail polish. My nails and skin were stuck together and the color was uneven and see thru. The edges of my nails didn’t have polish on it. I do not recommend this nail salon at all!!!Service: Dip powder

1.highly unsanitary…They use the same tools on all of the customers..I didn’t see the pedicure bowls cleaned out in between customers2.the man literally cut 2 of my toes told me to put my bleeding foot back in the water then proceeded to use the same tools and pedicure bowl on the next customer3. They rush through your appointment leaving nails messy and unevenwill never go there again and you shouldn’t either.Services: Pedicure

Having gone to the same place and the same person for at least 15 years, trying a new place was a little nerve-wracking, to say the least. While I am still trying out all the nail technicians here to find a pedicure person that suits me, I can tell you with 100% certainty that Nancy does the BEST nails ever! However you picture your nails should look and could look, she does it quickly, professionally and PERFECTLY!

I love it There! Nancy is the absolute best. I have been doing my nails, feet and eyebrows with her over 10 years now. I've referred a lot of my family(m/f)and friends there too. They all report 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!
