I scheduled my appointment to look at a unit at the Yonkers location and although I missed my appointment Antoinette rescheduled with me. Once I got there Antoinette asked me questions to help me select the correct unit. She also showed me the size . She took me to a clean unit explained the insurance, gave me the hours that I can enter the property and she was beyond professional. Thank you Antoinette for making me feel that I'm storage me items in a safe place. They need more employees like you.

This is by far the most unethical storage company I’ve ever dealt with, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
First, the facility itself is filthy, with mice droppings throughout the units — completely unacceptable.
But more importantly, Public Storage sold my friend’s unit under extremely unfair circumstances. He fell behind on payments by less than two months, owing about $400 — and around $100 of that was just late fees. When he tried to settle, they refused to waive even a $50 fee to help bring the account current. Instead, they auctioned off his unit, starting the bid at just $10, and sold it for only $100 — despite the unit containing valuable and irreplaceable personal items, including belongings of a deceased family member.
It’s appalling that they wouldn’t work with a customer over a nominal fee, yet were willing to sell the entire unit for a fraction of its worth. This demonstrates not only a lack of compassion but also poor business sense and a disregard for the value of their customers and their property.
I’m extremely disappointed in Public Storage and strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
