Always seem to be running late and even if you are there early and they are not serving anyone they make you wait till after your appointment.

I rarely give a bad review because I feel everyone experienced is different. Now, I went there right after my Doctor's appt and got there at 3:30pm they told the people waiting that we needed to have an appointment in order to get seen and just walked out. When I called the number she told me and went to the website everyone but that location has something open. If they are not taking walk in the should have something that says is, so whoever goes there don't waste their time.

Waited 2 hours to be seen for a appointment that i made online.
Expect to be there for 2-3 hours easily for a simply blood work test.

Worst experience I’ve ever had, at any quest I’ve ever been too. One person told us walk-ins would take a while and next person said they’re not taking any walk-ins. Wait an hour and a half. I have to fast to get my blood drawn and they were taking people who had just walked in, but not people who have been there for an hour plus. Now I have to go the rest of the day not eating or drinking anything and I have to come back at a later time even though I have been there since 8:10

QUEST Diagnostics lab is a joke I am waiting over 8 days for a whooping cough blood test result that they charge me $145 for and they never communicate upfront that they can't get a test result. I would use any other lab going forward.

Waited 30 minutes after our appointment time, but ok. Waiting room was very crowded and some people could not deal with the check in technology. I helped them so you owe me. Need another location along Central Park Ave Yonkers.

Charged $100 to walk in the door & now receiving bill for >$400 - Yonkers, NY.
Review for Mar 2024 visit: I was sick & the virtual Urgent Care MD ordered respiratory panel which was was automatically sent to Quest. On arrival the nurse/tech/MA said they required $100 up front before they could start and it would be reimbursed by insurance.
I am now receiving bills from Quest for over $400 for these tests.
My insurance (Aetna) says they are covered and there is no co-pay so not sure where the $100 went or why they are trying to get an additional $400.
My spouse was sick a few wks eariler & had the same tests ordered by a virtual Urgent Care MD. She went to Riverdale Ave Quest. They also charged $100 on arrival, made her do her own swabs (?!?), and now we are getting additional bills for her visit for >$1000.
$100 + $100 + >$400 + $>1000 = >$1600.
For tests that are covered.
What is going on and who is running & benefiting from this scam?

The worst service. Not clean. Don’t ever do walk-in or Appoinment for that matter. The wait time is ridiculous. Under staff.

I brought in one 24 hour urine specimen and my doctor’s order. I was told my Dr. had sent in orders for 2 other tests in addition, although the phlebotomist wouldn’t tell me what the blood draw was for. I therefore left them with three specimens as they requested: 2 urine and one blood draw. Only two test orders are posted (one still in progress). The completed one is just a dipstick urine. The posted uncompleted test is a serum electrophoresis. The order I brought in is a urine electrophoresis (see photo). I cannot contact the draw site - round robin phone message. The email provided for contact allows too few choices as subjects. I need one that says “You screwed up the order.” And this is the SECOND time they screwed it up, the first one being in May, 2024. You bet I’m angry!

The phlebotomist was very helpful. I was there for my two sons but I had left the paperwork at home and he gave me the fax number so my doctor could fax it over. Once the fax came though I was taken care of quickly and took the blood samples virtually painless. This is the best Quest we've visited since the Rye Brook location closed.

Their was only one phlebotomist on scene. They make me wait up to half an hour after my scheduled appointment time.
