While this Sephora is small and they were out of a few items, including any samples; the service provided by Ateca was fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the right products for my skin type and tone.

That is not a Sephora for me. Limited variety of products. When I asked for my Birthday present, they gave me last year Sephora birthday gift. Girls, better drive a few more miles and go to REAL Sephora.

I came into the store looking for a birthday gift for my mother , and this young lady by the name of Gianna approached me and was very helpful. Not only did she help me find a product , she also made my day much better by how sweet she was . I wish we had more people like this working

anytime i’ve gone to shop here since they’ve opened, there’s barely any help & if you do get assistance, they don’t have the answers or the knowledge. this store is in kohls meaning they aren’t as big and they don’t carry a lot of brands i thought they would have- example: smashbox. they cannot accept returns or exchanges as well which means i have to go out of my way. i’ve waited over 10 minutes to check out after someone’s helped me. this has happened multiple times. the last time i was there, i told someone “i’m sorry i don’t mean to be rude, but i really need to get to work. can you please check me out?” after standing there for at least 8 mins and has passed me several times (doing stock) she stated she didn’t work there so i accepted that and said “okay thanks” thinking she’d get someone to assist me.. but no. i went and found someone myself. the store was empty by the way. this might sound nit picky but it’s very frustrating when this location is poor in multiple categories.

I love this store. The Fenty by Rihanna selection this store offers is WONDERFUL! They have almost everything. Its very organized and very clean and the staff is helpful and gets you in and out.

Not great, the lady at Sephora was nice but when she entered my address she added the wrong information.. my package never arrived but I was charged for it . Great news is I got a refund so … all good

Located inside of kohls, very neat and tidy. The employees are very helpful but the store is small and doesn’t carry very much.There are very good fragrances here, as well as testers.

Absolutely incompetent and unhelpful staff. Tried to return an item and they ran around like headless chickens trying to work out what to do. In the end they couldn’t do it (despite my app showing I had purchased the item), and I walked out. Don’t shop here unless you want to wait for ages, and hear ‘computer says no’ over and over. Stick to the stand alone Sephora, they know what they’re doing.

Very disappointed in the Sephora location. First and foremost, the sales team is the best. No problem or complaints there. However, if you have a Sephora gift card, don't try to use it there. Gift cards purchased at a retail Sephora's are NOT ACCEPTED in stores located in Kohl's. You must purchase the card there, or online at Kohls.com. Very disappointing when you go to checkout and are told "sorry, you can't use that".
