My first experience in this place was wonderful because a very kind lady with her attention and service made me feel extremely comfortable and committed to returning but I came today and it turns out that I found a very rude man, he speaks to you in a tone voice like he has something personal with you without knowing you just because you interrupt him while reading his newspaper

MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE FINE. HOWEVER, the night time clerk can be rude. Locks the doors on customers. Moody and just caters to the customers HE LIKES. He needs a major attitude adjustment and realize he doesnt own the place.

Good location to receive cars. The store is clean and well stocked. The gas prices are a little higher than average for the area.There restrooms are pretty clean.The parking lines could be done better. Exiting rhe station can be difficult during busy hours due to the volume of traffic.

On Saturday August 14,2021 I pulled into Shell Food Mart around 12 noon because my tire indicator light came on signifying a problem with air pressure. I went inside to clerk because I wasn't sure how to use air machine. A male employee came outside with me, checked all four tires and put air in one that was low. I was still uncertain so manger directed to nearby tire place. Light had gone off so took a chance and made it home 60 miles to CT. Three of us in car were hungry so before leaving we went in store to order sandwiches. Young woman behind counter couldn't have been nicer and we got three delicious sandwiches, two scrambled egg and one tuna. All delicious..Simply a fantastic experience. Earlier we had been photographing at Untemyer Gardens. nearby. We live in Connecticut.

No prices on items in store. A small $1.00 water is $1.40 at the counter. Every item you have to ask at the counter for the price. Chips on sale with a sticker 2/$3 at the counter was $1.69. This is a dishonest way to run a business.
