I have to ask the management of this store... Are you serious??? All the people working the deli are doing other things. It appears they are all working on pre orders or live internet orders. I had to wait 15 minutes being next only to watch Three deli workers ignore me while they were cutting 10 different cheeses. And of course they only had two registers open at 4 pm. What a lack of regard for the in store customers in this place.

What time does the deli close? I was at ShopRite on 5/16/2022. I went to the manager and I asked him what time does the deli close? He said 9:00 pm. I go to the deli at 8:03 pm and workers tell me that the deli is already closed. Suggestion put a sign up with the established hours that the deli is open. That way the workers will not tell the customers that the deli is closed when it is not.

There is a sexist store manager at this location that likes to yell and scream at the top of his lungs at people being disrespectful. His name is Mohammad Rahman. He is only a manager but while screaming in my face he told me he was the owner of the store. I suggest you guys fire him because he is sexist, and disrespectful to women.

The elevator at this location is always out of order. This should be reported as elderly and disabled individuals are not able to get their groceries or themselves to their vehicles or the store. If you see that the elevator at this location is out of service please report the issue.

While I would normally give this location 3 stars for "a-ok", I felt bad that I was very hard on this place for so many years, that when I came here recently it was much better than I remembered it to be - like night and day. Now this is well over a decade and a half ago when I was last here and it was so atrocious, I avoided this place and refused to ever come here no matter what. It's the ShopRite closest to me, but I always drove further to another one (or just went to a competitor) just to not come here. This was before I had Yelp to convey my feelings regarding this location, so I guess it's best I never did. Anyway, I needed to go to a ShopRite recently and didn't want to drive overly long, so I gave up and reluctantly decided to try here. It was certainly not as bad as I remember. In fact, it wasn't bad at all. Inside is standard, so if you've been to one ShopRite you've basically been to them all. I found most of what I was looking for during this quick trip. Everything was stocked well and clean. If you come here all the time, you know where you're supposed to wait with your cart - be it the "express" area or for the regular registers. Of course I didn't know and had to figure it out - would be nice if they had signage to indicate where you're supposed to wait to checkout for non-regulars. I encountered two staff members that were friendly......I know, imagine that?! Parking lot is a weakness here. It's not greatly designed and some less than good drivers can make it a much worse experience navigating the lot than it needs to be. Just be patient and if you're not, park on the outskirts of the lot during a busy time. I was happy I gave this location another shot years later. I feel like I have another supermarket I can go to now. So yeah, I will be back again at some point.

This ShopRite needs a renovation quite badly (it sort of feels like you're walking back into the mid-1990s as you enter) but the food was fresh, the prices good, and the staff helpful and friendly. Our shopping experience was incredibly efficient (the whole trip, including waiting to check out, was about 20 minutes). I was also happy to see that the vast majority of the staff and customers were wearing masks correctly. Most customers were following the one way signs in the aisles correctly.I'm not sure what other reviewers are talking about when they said the staff and customers are rude. We had the exact opposite experience.

Very unprofessional! Came to the store 20 min before the regular closing hours and the manager came outside saying that we're close. 10:40 Wednesday. Imagine depending on them, unacceptable. Not ever coming back to shop here

This store just keeps getting worse! Went by there today to pick up prescription. Must wait in line to get into store, line was wrapped around the back toward the loading dock, plus it's raining and cold. This is totally unacceptable. People waiting in line for food like we're in Cuba! This is only going to cause people to hoard food even more!!! This nonsense has to stop. Please hear me: open up the economy and let people go back to work because we all need income, we have bills to pay! I think the elderly and sick should stay home and let the rest of us back out into the world and give us our country back. Thousands of people die every day from everything from car accidents to diseases of every description. This has never ever happened before in history! Take proper precautions and stop living in fear! And for the love of God stop hoarding!!

They are open 1 hour early exclusively for seniors during COVID-19 pandemic, per in-store announcement. Wonderful. There are usually great values at this store, although so far, as of March 18, 2020-- they have *no stock* on circular items so don't count on buying what's advertised-- no sale-priced meats or paper products. Also noted is they have neglected to train their staff on WHO 6-ft distancing and other health crisis guidelines.

Admittedly this review isn't about the actual store, but I witnessed such an incredibly touching moment here that I had to give a glowing review. I came here right after the New Year and 2 young employees Cody & Ernesto were incredibly kind and helpful, a lovely older woman I'm not sure if she was an employee or a customer came and Cody greeted her with the warmest hug as asked her what she did for New Year, she told them that it was quiet as she was alone and they were so incredibly sincere and kind & told her to call and that he would have dropped everything and came right over to be with her and to never spend a holiday alone because they would be there and the absolute sincerity and tenderness in his voice let me know that without a doubt they would been right there. These young men couldn't have been much older then 20ish so to see young men have so much goodness in their heart was a moment that brought me to tears. I commend the store and these men for being awesome people. I hope their goodness is rewarded so that way they can remain positive role models for the community and know that Good Deeds dong go unnoticed

Went into the ShopRite and grab four items. Had to wait on line 15 minutes just to make the purchase. Only 5 registers open in the entire place... Unacceptable.
