Customer service is not great. There was only one person working. We were ignored. We weren't greeted or offered any help. When we finally were able to speak with representative he wasn't pleasant.

Came in looking for comfortable shoes on Monday and the girl working was knowledgeable and helpful. She made great suggestions for slip in shoes and I love them. I will return here when I need new shoes!

I wandered in to see if the style of arch fit sandals I bought a few years ago at DSW was still available. I didn't see it. I stood a while wondering if maybe I was invisible. I think I am invisible. At least now I know I can scratch myself anywhere I want out in public. Or maybe their customer service is just lacking. Maybe they need to hire more people because the current employees are overwhelmed. Who knows. Lukewarm experience. I never found my sandals. No one tried to show me alternatives.

The female workers here don’t seem to like doing their jobs and they have a shift of attitude when ask to check the back of the store for a shoe size . One Spanish lady with glasses barely acknowledges that I was there when I ask for two shoe sizes and she lied and said “it only goes up to 10” and it disappears into the back, your not force to work there if u don’t like your job?

There is no help, they do not measure your feet, the staff is unprofessional, the shoes are garbage.

I shopped all day long at the cross county mall yesterday and saw the sketchers store. Tyshawn was incredibly customer service driven and helped me find the perfect pair of slip on shoes for my tired aching feet. I was so impressed because the store was quite busy and he was by himself. In the most calm demeanor he handled everyone in a professional manner. He should be recognized for his ability to manage the store, and make all of the customers happy and leave smiling. I will definitely be back because of him. Thank you sketchers for hiring such an excellent employee.

When I went to the store there was a young woman between 20 and 25 years old, Hispanic.
Dark hair and black glasses, Dominican or Puerto Rican, she told me to move to the other side behind the line, I was in line and the cashier moved the person in front of me, I didn't know which register I was in They were going to charge, when I answered that I was on the line, she was very rude when telling me that I should have moved, I think she lacks training to talk to customers or if she doesn't like her job, she should look for something else, to make it Kind to the people in your life. Because if I have education, I stayed silent. This was at the store in Cross county mall, Sunday, September 17, 2023 around 3:15.
