  Today my husband took our children to the SkyZone.
  Nearly all the Trampoline where closed for refurbishment. No discount was given for this fact and he was told "you don't have to go" which is a hard thing for 4 and 6 year old to hear when they wanted to go on a cold winters day!
  A trampoline park should not be open if the trampolines are not in use.
  Very Disappointing!!!

  Earlier today, I accompanied my little sister, who is 11, and her classmates to participate in an outing at SkyZone. During our time in SkyZone, my younger sister was assaulted by a group of caucasian boys. The staff was made aware on several different occasions and they chose to ignore the warnings. At the final altercation my sister chose to defend herself and was severely punished by being thrown out of the establishment. There were no consequences for the young men that assaulted my sister. I warn any future patrons to avoid this establishment.

  Underwhelming experience. The place was dirty and kids were not regulated at all. The activities are limited compared to other locations and the staff were indifferent to everything. Spend your money elsewhere.

  Just walked in with over 50 teenagers and had a fantastic experience. Manager Ari was an amazing asset, organizing and helping get the teens checked in and settled. Would highly recommend.

  Wouldn’t recommend for parents with toddlers.
  Fun facility but there needs to be a separate area for children under 4-5 which is usually the case in these parks. Not a great idea to have toddlers jumping in the same area as the older kids who are heavier and jump around more aggressively. They bump into them, bounce them, and injuries occur. Majority of the time there were no employees monitoring the jumping area to ensure people weren’t getting out of control.

  Took my son for his birthday, and it was amazing. He got to play in the arcade. I just wished I would have asked about food court. It was pretty early in the morning, so I didn't know if it was open or not, but even with the lights off, the food options looked good. Will definitely be returning.

  Clean environment, helpful staff, other families that go are friendly, I feel my kids are safe, and they have tons of fun every single time.
  
  I have been taking my kids here since it was Rock n Jump, it's cool to see the transition.

  Absolutely horrible. I hated every second of my life when I was here. They don’t have what they are advertising. They don’t even have enough mallets for the foam pit fight area. When we were playing dodge ball, the staff started a game with 5 adults and 9 kids on one side and 10 kids on the other. Who do you think won that? I hate this place and I am never going again. There is never enough space, it is always overcrowded, there is no air conditioning, the food is horrible, the arcade is horrible, and many kids end up crying. They even sell themselves as a “fully fledged” sky zone. Fix this now. One star.
