Lisa is a wonderfully smart salesperson at the Ridge Hill store.Knowledgeable and friendly she explains and shows the differences and benefits of products. Made it easy to buy my bed and go back to order the remote.

Lisa and Peter from the Ridge Hill store were amazing and very thorough. Lisa even stayed back past closing hours to make sure she assisted me and helped me choose and get all the things I needed.

I came in to try the beds after having an extensive conversation with a SN rep from Jersey. The sales person that helped me spoke to me like I was a child, was condescending, and had I not already had a good experience elsewhere, I would have walked away from SN completely. I did not enjoy the experience at all.1 star for customer service5 for product3 average

Absolutely great assistance by Sean at the Ridge Hill store. He was very attentive and very helpful.I bought my confortable bed back in November of 2020 and Lisa was the sales person. She also did a excellent job. They both are professionals and for sure a good asset to “Sleep Number”

I bought a queen size bed and and waited for about 3 months . The bed that I got home was totally different from the one I tried at the store . It felt like I was sleeping on an air mattress , and the compressor was making annoying noises at night . The edge of the bed is very soft .I had to pay $270 dollars for the company to take the junk away. They should tell their employees to tell costumers that if their is a problem with the mattress and if you don’t want it you have to pay us to get it out of your house . Train your employees to not hide information, pleaseee.Never buying again bad experience.

This store made us feel good about picking the right mattress for us. They handled my energetic toddler very well and have a lego table for children to sit at and play while the parents are checking out all the different mattresses. Would tell all my friends and family to go to that store at Ridge Hill Yonkers.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, answered all our questions and we ended buying a P6 bed, i have a bad lower back and shoulders, can't wait formy sleep number bed to arrive.

So my fiancé and I decided on the Sleep number i8 bed with the adjustable base. We applied for the store credit card and we made the purchase. We were downgrading from a king size matress to a queen size sleep number bed. Today we were suppose to receive the bed but the base didn't fit in the elevator of my building. Taking the stairs wasn't an option for the delivery guys. That part I understand because the base is very heavy. Here is my issue, why didn't the sales man who sold me the bed mention that the base is one solid piece the measures 7ft high by 5ft wide? I would have easily said that it would not fit because I know the dimension of my elevator. Now we have a major problem. I took the day off of work to receive my delivery. I also downgraded from a king to a queen so I TOSSED OUT my old $1,000 king upholstered bed, now my matress is on the floor. I also applied for a credit card that I will never used. DEALING WITH SLEEP NUMBER HAS BEEN A TOTAL DISASTER. I will never do business again with Sleep Number. Customer service asked me, SO WOULD YOU LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER? REALLY!!! How about better training for your sales department, how about advertising the Sleep Number WONT deliver an adjustable base if they're stairs involved!!! I am extremely irate and I have lost time, money and took a hit on my credit score. To top off everything else, no one could help me, I spoke to 4 different reps! A nightmare of an experience. Never again!!!

Peter at the Yonkers store was fantastic. We had a very bad experience in the White Plains store in The Westchester and then went to Yonkers, it was totally different. Peter was honest. We got what we asked for in Yonkers while in White Plains, Mathew tried to scam us. We told Mathew in White Plains what we wanted, the mattress for $999 he put us on the mattress he said was the $999. We then decided to buy a 2nd $999 mattress, one box spring, which he said the legs were a separate charge and a pillow. By the time we were done the bill was over $6000 only to find out the bed he put us on was not the $999 but the over $2,000. Needless to say we walked out and went to Yonker where we found Peter who was not only knowledgable of the product but honest. Thank you Peter! Can't wait for delivery

If your shopping for a bed that meets not only a great sleep and aids in certain health issues; run to Yonkers Sleep Number Store in Ridge Hillask for Lisa she's a gem but all sales persons were friendly and listen to your needs, no high pressure sales pitch!!
