Scheduled appt for 9am 1/20/24Went in for an inspection, maintenance and to address a recall. Was greeted by a tech, he took my info down then directed me to the service manager, Anil. Anil broke down everything that needed to be done and addressed any concerns I had. Overall, great customer service. Car's running like new.

I received a message on my car dashboard about 1 day ago and i called about two ford services facilities and nobody had availability to get my car checked Asap. I ended up calling Ford in central park avenue. I had the pleasure to speak with Ibis Andino and he was amazing! He did me the favor to squeeze me in for today at 7 am and his customer service is a 10. I want to thank you again Ibis for helping me get this problem solved and for being kind. I shall be back to this facility going forward.

Phil was the nicest person to deal with. We didn’t feel pressured to buy the car. He just told us the facts. And when we came back and became interested he was very helpful in showing us the car we wanted. When it came time to putting everything together he and Miles were great in meeting out needs. Besides the great reviews of the car itself , I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a car.

My recent visit to Tasca Ford Yonkers was a beautiful experience. My service advisor was knowledgeable about the issue I was having, he got my truck in and returned it to me sooner than we had anticipated. I was very grateful for that because I need my truck for work. Thanks Eric! The staff is very friendly and helpful thanks.

The service team always takes great care of me at Tasca. Robert Volpi is my main contact and makes sure I get in for a service appointment and move through the system quickly. I have the confidence that I’m getting dealer level service on my F150 with over 200K miles!

I have been looking for a family car for months now and I'm so so happy I met Rocco at Tasca Subaru. He showed me multiple cars and was super informative and patient with us. One always holds one's breath after the old (truly wonderful) owner leaves. But the new management has done a wonderful job retaining all our personal favorites (Donna, Charlene, Gilbert and Jaime) in service and sales. We couldn't be more pleased to see our old favorites, people who have worked with us over the last five years to give us peace of mind with our two Subaru purchases. We routinely use their services for services and inspections and they always perform at 100%. I wish I knew the names of the guys in parts and service but, unfortunately, all I know is they are the best because they always do a thorough job. They always charge a fair price and do an excellent job. Subaru never disappoints! Over the last 20 years, we're on our fifth Subaru and of all the dealerships we've used, this dealership has always performed the best!

Excellent service. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the servuce was timely and very efficient. My service consultant was Robert. Awesome! He communicated so well. He kept me informed on all steps of service, what needed to be done and what needs to be done in the near future.

It took a month to get an appointment. Every call I made people were abrupt. Same experience at the dealership. No follow up on when the car would be done. And then they wanted me to spend thousands of dollars on services that I had not requested.

11/3/23 WARNING:AVOID TASCA MAZDA IN YONKERS,NY like the plague! Scheduled my 2nd oil change with Tasca Mazda of Yonkers recently after decades upon decades of OUTSTANDING Service from Smith Cairns the FORMER DEALER. Tasca Mazda service is a disaster! Scheduling an Appointment at Tasca Mazda in Yonkers,NY is a total waste of time since they don't adhere to the time scheduled ;not even close. In addition,Tasca Mazda in Yonkers,NY DOES NOT communicate with customers when service is delayed although they send a clever text to you after checking in to say they'll update you thru the entire service experience.Impressive but total BS!After waiting in excess of an hour from my arrival and scheduled time at Tasca Mazda,my Mazda was still in the car lot waiting to be serviced with zero updates from Tasca's "crack" Mazda service staff as to why my Mazda was still not being serviced. No communication regarding the delay.After waiting in excess of an hour,I advised the Tasca Mazda service advisor I had another important appointment I needed to make & I canceled the oil change.I had,in my opinion,allocated plenty of time,with some to spare,to have my Mazda serviced and make my 2nd appointment but obviously not with the Tasca Mazda service department! Upon completing my 2nd appointment of the day,I drove over to Valvoline in Elmsford,NY and got an "instant" oil change with no wait and no appointment with a total elapsed time from arrival to departure of approximately 25 minutes with great customer service! Tasca Mazda should send its management team to Valvoline for "lessons" in Customer Service and Commitments! Done with Tasca from a Sales,Leasing & Service perspective! Done!

Dealership had the Civic SI I wanted came in to see it and worked out a Deal with Kole and Nosh. They were helpful, friendly , and got me in the car fast , did my paper work with Manny and was on my way. About 8 weeks later I never received the tile even tho I ask about it multiple times. Slowly txts went from “I’ll look into it “ to not even answering back , called Manny left him a message and never heard back , been 11 weeks now still no title or at least a call back with an answer. Called today was told “ I’ll look into it and call you in 5 mins “ . Still no answer been 2 hours. Will have to come in person I guess.
