I had the WORST experience at this Staples location! I dropped off multiple UPS packages at their Access Point, and the employee gave me a tracking receipt. But guess what? THEY NEVER SUBMITTED THE TRACKINGS TO THE SYSTEM! Now my shipments are missing, and because of their incompetence, my customers are furious.
This store clearly does not care about its customers. The staff is completely useless—no accountability, no effort to help, just pure laziness. What’s the point of being a UPS Access Point if you can’t even do the ONE JOB you’re supposed to? Now I’m stuck dealing with the mess they created.
If you value your time and your business, DO NOT trust this Staples with your packages. Absolutely pathetic service!

Came here to do a simple return on December 28th at 2:45 p.m. and the line was really long for returns and I thought it was because of the holidays but it was because of the terrible worker who was manning the register. The only reason it's two stars and not one star is because Sarah came and started working like an efficient worker thank God But people need to be fired honestly. Thank you Sarah. I spent 30 mins in line for no reason

I find the associates at this store excellent and helpful. The reason I am giving a 3 star review is because of Staples in general. Before going into store, look online. My ink was $7 per cartridge cheaper online. They will adjust price but I do not know why Staples does this.

Please don't order ordinary photos here, we ordered 11 photos, the price is $ 20 +round we choose high-quality photos. But when we received them, the quality was horrible. I originally wanted to give them as gifts, but I was embarrassed to give them to my friends and family because the quality was so bad. Haha...

Went in with the intention to buy a laptop as a gift. I knew what I wanted, after waiting 15 minutes to get help, the associate was more interested in selling me the extras. When I said, Not at the moment, I just want the laptop for now, he then said, we may not have it in stock and made me wait 20 minutes. He then tells me that their inventory was not accurate. I asked for an alternate, and he said, let me check.. waited 15 minutes and he never came back. I ended up walking out

Their needs to be a better process for returning packages. A 10 minute wait is truly unacceptable. If a simple service can't be accommodated within a reasonable time then perhaps the service shouldn't be provided at staples.

I was in the printing area seeking assistance. I observed the employee, who I believe was named Raychel, repeatedly ignoring my request for help while readily assisting other customers who were white. This discriminatory behavior created a hostile and unwelcome environment for me.
While I understand that employees may need to prioritize tasks, Raychel's actions made it clear that my needs were being disregarded based on my race. This is unacceptable and a direct violation of my right to be treated with equal respect and consideration.
I kindly request to her supervisor address this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address Raychel's discriminatory conduct and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

The place offers services that you cannot find anywhere else, but something that is out of their control is that in customer service in Amazon's printing and returns service, they must have at least one bilingual person at each time, because those who are there do not even know the A in Spanish... thank you very much

Two stars because the printing is always fine. Also, the employees who know about printing are knowledgable and super helpful. The last few times I have been here, they have been so understaffed and it seems like the knowledgable staff is all gone. There is a manager who is clearly overstressed, overworked and can no longer hide her anger and frustration from her face. The phone rings constantly, and today, there were two people in the mail area waiting, one worker helping a customer working a machine. Another worker, quite pleasant but needing help on a machine and not working on something for anyone standing in line. The aforementioned manager is very busy making sure the signage for the latest deal is hung and pretty. When the worker asking all the questions finally came to help me it turned out my order is not ready, in spite of the fact it was promised Saturday and it’s Monday afternoon. They agreed to finish it right away. I asked to make sure my laminated posters were trimmed to the proper size and both the worker and the manager looked at me as if I had 27 heads and proceeded to argue with me about it while the line behind me is now five people and one of the two mail people is being helped and the other still waits. Now 25 minutes later, he is still trimming my posters (should be a 30 second job) and the rest of my print job has not been touched…45 minutes after I arrived. And more than 40 hours after the job was promised. I am going to try to find out how to get shot this in the future. Ten minutes later still, I am in my car with my trimmed posters and letter sized flyers. The manager and I apologized to each other and she assured me that the rest of my order would be ready later. Staples, if you don’t figure out how to do better staffing, I may choose to spend MORE to get my job done quickly and efficiently.

Printing service is a little messy but staff is nice overall. Amazon returns are quick in there if Nae runs it, she is fast and sweet!

Business hours show 8am-9pm, updated by business 2 weeks ago. Meanwhile they don’t open until 9am.

If youre looking to open an Ipostal PO box here, you're better off opening a PO box at USPS which I did today so I can close my Ipostal address here. My mail been sitting in a pile for a few days which ppl pay to overnight it. Nothing came in the system or my app so I had to make 2 trips back to back just to get my urgent mail.
That young Hispanic lady behind the counter was uninterested and when I'm trying to explain what I'm here for since it's not showing up in the app, it's like talking to a wall. Very dismissive and the Spanish guy just talked over me to her while i was speaking to her. Just lack of basic manners.
Look I understand people are tired and nobody was giving any attitude to them but with that lack of manners, customers are bound to have an attitude with the way they respond to service.
Simply said, if this is just a paycheck then maybe customer service is not their best forté and not the best to handle customers. Everyone pays a lot of money for a service which just ends up to be a hassle. If you cannot even lift your head up to speak to someone when someone is speaking to you then you might need to reassess yourself and your professionalism.
