I have been an employee here for over 13yrs and I was called a “******* by my coworker which was witnessed by another coworker. And the property manager challenged my statements. I cannot believe I have to suffer from blatant racism in 2022. Unacceptable‼️

Worst management! Over priced and they don’t deposit the rent on time and send you to court to charge late fees and lawyer fees to make you pay more on top of the rent. They are rent stabilized building that means they don’t pay high taxes and over charge and raise the rent to the tenants! STAY AWAY FROM STELLAR MANAGEMENT!

Terrible!!! My packages keep getting stolen. I've filed multiple police reports and management won't do ANYTHING! They let ANYONE into the building, even though there is a "security officer" at the front door. What are they even there for??? There is no resolution and management could not care less... Think twice before renting from them!
