Steven Srebnik is the former owner and founder of Performance Rehabilitation. The practice was acquired by JAG physical therapy in 2025. Having established himself as one of the finest physical therapists in Westchester County and the Bronx he continues to practice at JAG. He is the only certified hand therapist in Yonkers. Additionally, he is an adjunct clinical professor at NY Medical College. He has lectured extensively at NY Physical Therapy meetings as well as to surgeons regarding physical therapy best practices regarding the hand as well as the spine. He also holds additional certifications from the Hospital for Special Surgery in Triage as well as rehabilitation of the overhead athlete.
The staff is always friendly. They greet everyone when they arrive. The exercises and stretching are very helpful. It has been a great experience. I have already recommended Jag to others
