I gave the store one review because you cannot post a review without a star. This store deserves a zero. With all the news about the shoplifting and Target, I thought this store would be safe and courteous. It is neither. I left purchased goods with a manager and sales rep and they misplaced the bag. Then, they faulted me.They, were so uppity I could not believe it. At least 6 young staff milling about Customer Service with nothing to do but what? Reprimand me. They called to apologize after finding my bag, but with the same uppity voice and attitude. The chip on the staff shoulders is a mile wide. The staff is untrained and rude. The Managers are not much better. Save your money and shop at Home Goods or Kohl's. I felt like Target Yonkers could have cared less about my shopping there. Done with them and frankly, won't miss it.

Honestly, this Target was not worth the wait. Been wanting to stop in here since it opened and had time today. The layout is confusing. The way the store is set up is strange. The staff was just talking to one another, only a few appeared to be actually working. No really good sales and definitely wasn't worth the drive. Don't think this one will stay open long. Rather have Sears back than shop here.

Customer service here is evil, the last time I came to get baby formula while holding my newborn in my arms a worker pushed a cart behind me and hit my back very hard; when I looked back he was laughing. Not sure what was funny about hurting someone else holding a baby, but I won’t come back here ever again.

I will never shop here again. The employees are ignorant and rude. Target should train their employees to be more professional and respectful.

Customer service representatives at the order pickup/returns counter are rude and have serious attitude problems. Ordering online for pickup is supposed to be easier but having to deal with their lack of customer service skills makes me wish I just shopped in store myself. Or better yet, shopped somewhere else.

It was such a deception going to this target and the prices are expensive. Most of the time the employees don’t help you unlock the item you need.

The starbucks employees are so kind and welcoming. They made my drink quickly and suggested alternatives for what they didn’t have. Love that.

Clean and spacious. Just needs more staff on the floor to ask help. I usually go to the Target in Mt. Vernon (where staff is friendlier and more helpful). Just seems like the staff here are much younger but have a "couldnt care less attitude" so maybe more costumer service training. Even the STARBUCKS barista and cashier are on the rude side, like they're annoyed they're working . If want a Starbucks fix in Cross County Center, Go to the one in macys. Better Service.
