My husband had been doing his taxes with Nancy Guzman for years. He recommended me to her and she definitely lived up to the hype. She is knowledgeable, professional, sincere, & thorough. Someone else reviewed saying that doing your taxes with Nancy is like visiting family, and I agree 1000%. Not just her but the entire staff at Tax Plus makes you feel that way. We had an appointment at 8pm and we admittedly stayed a bit past closing but not once did I see a sour face on any of the staff members. I felt really bad for making them stay later but I appreciated that they weren’t bothered by it in the least. Rather, they were happy to help us. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I was searching for a new tax preparer and came across Tax Plus Services while doing research on the internet. I read many positve reviews and decided to give them a try. I am extremely happy with the service I recieved. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Nancy, as well the other staff were great to work with. The service was professional, efficient, friendly and fast. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out and plan to continue using their service. Job well done!!

I have come here for the past 10 years and always filed with Niurka. I have never had an issue. Unfortunately she has left the company and what happens a ton of issues, that they messed up on but insist that it was my fault. If they are the "professionals" then why keep missing something? I never had issues how all of sudden everything is going wrong? The only thing different is the prepaper.

They filed my taxes wrong to which I owed thousands more than I was responsible for. They gave me the run a round for months before I called the IRS myself and told Tax Plus how to finally fix it. Would not recommend

As a first time filer, my experience was horrible. you have to be following up on your case and when you do, you are treated like its a bother. i would never recommend anyone to this place. they are just there to collect your money and done care. their knowledge is subpar and will get you in trouble with the IRS.

I setup a consultative call with Nancy. She was very prompt & very thorough. I had specific questions regarding pros/cons of purchasing an investment property as to how it relates to my tax situation. Nancy made me feel confident to take my next steps in the process. I will be utilizing their services for next Tax year!
