Rushed like a demon to get to TD Bank before their 6 PM closing time. Arrived at 5:55 PM feeling confident that I had just squeaked by. NOPE said "America's most conveinant bank", WHILE the manager instead chose to host a meeting with the only available teller they had which surely couldn't have waiting until after proper closing time.Class A management right here!

Worst bank in the history of Banks. They are refusing to allow me to transfer my savings account funds to an external account. They are using every stalling tactic in the book to hinder me from transferrong my funds out of their account. It's been several days and at this point the only way for me to do it is to physically go to the branch and withdraw cash. I wouldn't be surprised if what they are doing is illegal..

I called ahead to ask if they had a notary available. They have great hours. However, after signing in, waiting, and then being called I presented the documents that needed to be notarized. She asked what they were for. I said a divorce and she promptly refused service. If they had exceptions to notarizing that's fine, but don't make me come down there, sign in, wait, and then tell me you won't do it. I ended up at Grassy Sprain Pharmacy where they had a notary who would witness the paperwork. This was my first time in this bank branch and it will be my last.

Worst TD branch I've ever been into. Rude customer service and they make you wait outside for a process that takes 2 minutes while they finish their personal get together in the offices inside. Avoid at all times!!!

both the atm machines are not working more often than not. I often have to drive to Scarsdale to use the atm there. One time both atm machines were down so I tried to go to the teller, system was down.. another time my td bank app told me money had cleared and I go to the bank and they denied me my money because my signature was sloppy. And the guy was not nice about it he shrugged while grinning at me.. guess my frustration was amusing to him.For a back that call themselves convenient banking here sure is a hassle.

Decided to leave HSBC as they are closing branches all over Yonkers and haven't been great in general... figure I upgrade. Heard good things about TD, also had a minor account with them for the kids of a while and never had an issue. Setting up account was easy... got my card on the spot. HOWEVER... no one informed me that after my first direct deposit, they would lock up my money for 2 weeks until the cleared it, We called the 800 number, were told that fraud dept was put a hold on the money and only way to get it removed was to go to the branch for a release. Went to branch, teller and manager are looking at me like I am crazy and cant help me as they have never heard of such a thing. Called 800 again... sorry sir you have to wait the full 2 weeks before you can get your money. Now I am trying to shuffle funds to be able to pay my bills. To say the least... I'm looking for another bank.

The World's Most Convenient Bank. That's their motto yet it is a total lie. I've had many banks accounts and this bank has been the worst. This branch in particular, but this goes for the company in general. I can't tell you how many times I've needed to take money out and the ATMs were not working or once the pandemic came how hard it was to get in to see someone or do business. Even when all other places opened up this branch did not. Even before the covid thing happened it was impossible to talk to someone on the phone and nobody ever returns calls when you do finally get someone after a half hour or more. An example of how lame they are is they allowed someone to steal $900 out of my account and then would not give it back to me while they dealt with the issue. This started in February of this year and I just got my money back two days ago! Inexcusable. Not once did anyone return any of my calls until last week to tell me a date I might see my money back. They only did anything on my behalf if I went in to talk to them personally. By doing this it prolonged the whole ordeal because I never was told about situations that arose. An example was the morons in the Fraud Dept. sent the wrong form I was supposed to get signed and notarized, which I did, and I didn't find this out because nobody called me like they should've and it took from May to July before I knew this problem existed. How wrong was that! And their fraud dept. doesn't even talk to anyone lower than a manager so the guy I was talking with never got responses. How can you work for the same company and not respond to inquiries from your coworkers? Such poor customer service in my opinion. Unfortunately I will probably stay with TD because they are the only ones with ATMs through out the eastern US where I travel even though they don't have enough of them and it would be such a hassle to change all my accounts over. Just take this as what it was meant to be, a warning that you will not get good customer service and the ATMs will be not working half the time if you join this bank. TD Bank Sucks!

what happen td bank you were once labeled the most convient bank but since the pandemic thats no longer true as branches were dark for months , when branches finally started opening, hours were limited , staff were not that friendly, some locations required you scan a bar code via your phone before entering but it didnt seem to work and i started to get pissed and as i was leaving the manager who remembered my handsome face opened the door and let me in. very simple task at hand, i need a bank check, wrote all the info on a clean piece of paper, printed all info including amount clearly and now its the bank teller /rep to do the rest. it took a while to get my check in my hands due to reasons not explained but better late then never. i will stick with td bank as sh#t happens and we all need to be reasonable during a pandemic but come on td bank bring back the coin machine it was fun to use.

It was my first tome trying out TD bank, I had problems opening an account online so Decided to come here, It was a very good experience they helped me open the account, they gave ny debit card right there no need to wait for it on the mail which is Awesome! The woman that helped me was very polite, she explained all the checkings account they have. Amazing costumers service.
