I was there after work on 2/15/24 to cash my check and I was given back a $100 short out of my check and I counted it there but realized when I got home after counting again!!!! the next day I called the branch and asked to speak to the supervisor and some guy answered and said she arrives at 10 AM. I left a message with the gentleman with my name and phone number and told him to tell her to call me back I asked what was the supervisors name and he said her name is Karen Which she never called me back I called back a second time they said she's busy. I left a second message she never called me back again,I called her back a third time and she finally answered and she said oh was you on my list to call back like if it was a joke so I told her the reason why I was calling, I told her I was there, and that the teller that took care of me giving me back the wrong change and I was $100 short she put me on hold for the longest time she came back to the phone and asked me again to please tell her what had happened as if the first time wasn't enough like if it was a joke so again I repeated, and told her what had happened and she said to me that she had checked the machine, and that the machine had showed her that she gave me the correct change back, which was not true because the teller never put the hundred dollar bills on the machine so I told her so nothing can be done. She said unfortunately not I said so. I'm gonna have to eat it then this is ridiculous. I think this branch they're a bunch of thieves. I feel like I was not treated as a customer after being with Td bank for so many years, worst ever. I think I'm going to change banks. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's like my half a day pay was just given to somebody else. Totally ridiculous. thieves. and ridiculous customer service especially the manager Karen.

Today's visit I was attended to be teller Roeshelle. Very quick service today as opposed to other time. Roeshelle is good for the customer which is good for the bank. Keep her, please.

Needed to simply get change for a 100 dollar bill, but the clerk told me that everyone now needs to have an account with the bank in order to do anything. This is an example of how they are trying to control us and document our every move. Take your money out now and take your business elsewhere before it’s too late.

I took my 19-year old daughter to this branch to see about re-opening her TD Bank account or opening a new one. The rep that assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional. After taking a look at my daughter’s out of state ID she began interrogating her about why she wanted to open an account. We left and will gladly take our business elsewhere, one shouldn’t feel like they are being interviewed by the police when just trying to open a bank account as a former customer. Each time I come to this location the customer service is mediocre, I will stick to the TD branches located in the city moving forward.

Rushed like a demon to get to TD Bank before their 6 PM closing time. Arrived at 5:55 PM feeling confident that I had just squeaked by. NOPE said "America's most conveinant bank", WHILE the manager instead chose to host a meeting with the only available teller they had which surely couldn't have waiting until after proper closing time. Class A management right here!

Well it is a bank, td as a bank is a good bank to have an account with, the only major issue is that the atms are frequently not accepting deposits perhaps if they could fix them or add another one or two this would make every location much better

This is one of the best bangs in the area. It's easy to get to, plenty of parking, and great people working inside. The staff is cordial and polite and very professional. I've been banking here for about 15 years and I can't be happy. It also has a nice bright atmosphere. Whether you go to the The desks, the counter or the drive-thru, service is pretty reliable and fast. You can't ask for more from a bank.

Well the reviews are 100% right and do not come to this bank horrible customer service couldn’t even get what I want it done at all I almost just wanted to close the account but I’m going to try a different branch tomorrow but the one on Central needs the entire staff fired
