Love the chain and love this particular location. Been here two or more dozen time in the past 7-9 years and always find something - even if it's not what I'm looking for at the moment, I usually walk out at least with an idea, some inspiration, or something I didn't know I needed, but now want lol. Staff is usually friendly, though of course, there are the occasional grumps and slouches.

They have everything, but the employees are not very knowledgeable (but nice enough). I went in with measurements and two different people showed me something the wrong size. After half an hour of looking at everything I was able to find what I was asking for

It was our first time at this store, it was so clean and spacious with tons of things to give you an idea on how you would like to organize your space or items. The staff were super friendly and they are pet friendly too! David, the gentlemen that was checking us out, was super nice and explained how we could validate our parking (heck yeah) and was very informative about their programs and services they offer. He even helped us load our things in the car! Definitely had a great first time experience.

I had a big renovation project and Nidia along with her team were SO helpful guiding us through selecting which items were best and designing the closet system we needed. We come back to them again and again because we get the same high-quality service every time!

Usually don’t write reviews but this time I just had to call out whoever comes out the store to tell people to move their car. He was very nasty and rude harassing me and my family when we weren’t even there for 10 mins. Threatening to call a tow company on us.

I had measurements taking at home then I went to this store to draw out the final closet. The salesperson was lost , he didn't even know what he was doing !! Waste of time!!!!!
