I had a fantastic experience with the Tinker Auto Detailing & Window Tinting Team, who did an exceptional job detailing my Mercedes GLE 350. They took their time and showed great attention to detail, and the staff was both professional and friendly. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other detailing shops. Highly recommend!

After an inconvenience the owner personally reached out to me and offered me a huge discount to come back to the shop and do my ceramic tints. The tints came out flawless and I love my car’s new looks. Highly recommend !

Used them twice and they didn’t disappoint. Needed some 7 year old tints removed and replaced on drivers side of car and rear windshield. They made sure the glass was totally clean and ready for new tints. Considering the amount of work it took to remove the old tints, I was in and out of there in no time. Quality work and communications. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this one star review, but it’s been an exact week and my car is still acting up. Let me explain..I went here for an interior detail. They did an amazing job, but when I picked up the car the door panel buttons were not working. I could not wind down or wind up my windows from the driver side. It was working prior to the dropping the car off. The windows were all down when I arrived. I pointed this out to to the guy and he denied any wrongdoing. I then called my husband and he stated it’s because they got water in there and messed up the electric. He instructed me to give it some time to dry out. When I arrived home I noticed that the button on the middle console was also not working. The buttons surrounding it worked but I could not click the middle button. I then called Tinker auto and alerted them of the issue. They said come back and they can take a look. It was late so I said I would go in the morning. Later that evening, the door panels buttons began to work! So I assumed the middle console button would follow, but unfortunately it still isn’t working. I returned to the shop and they denied any wrongdoing. They tried to blow it with air, but still not working. I know that my car was working fine before the detail. Now this will cost me more money to fix and it has been frustrating for me. I paid hundreds for the detail and now I have to fork out more money. Nice staff and good job on the detail but just be careful if you go and remind them to not spray any water directly on the buttons

Came here for the first time a month ago and was happy with the service. Came back today, made an appointment in advance, was told to wait for 10 more minutes so they could finish up the wash of the car before me and then after waiting for 30 minutes I was told to come back as they could not provide the service. So much about gaining another customer.

Awesome job by the team at tinker, they worked efficiently to get my truck tinted. They explained the whole process and made recommendations on options i had with the tints. Overall a great experience.

I had a terrible experience with this business, not only did they ruin my driver side seat, they did not perform the full detail that I went in for in the first place.
Unsatisfied with the service, to say the least.
Be warned.. they are terrible.

Javier and his crew were incredible! Last night, a friend got sick in my car. Without the gory details, I will let your imagination picture how gruesome this was. I called him at 10am and was able to bring my car in at 2pm. It was ready in one hour! Looks better than the day I bought my car. I will bring all my cars here, and tell friends and family there is no one better to take care of your vehicle.
