This has to be the worst bank in the world. Tried to make an appointment twice finally got an appointment and come to the door, they say they know nothing about it and says she’s busy while holding a bagel in her hand. Most unprofessional service and treatment I’ve ever experienced. Is it because I am hispanic? Trying to open a business bank account?

I'm looking at the other reviews and I'm like that's not the bank I went to yesterday. Yesterday I went into the bank to make payments for October and November, I was late and after you read this review you'll understand why I included this and I greeted by Priscilla who was the greeter. Daisy was the lady who helped me yesterday. I gave her my social security number, she told me that I was wrong and that I gave her a fake number. I told her no. That she was wrong I've been using the same social for all my life. Priscilla the lady who was at the front who was greeting people came over and helped her. Eventually they were able to get into my account but it was after they made a few phone calls. Then when it came time to make the transaction once I counted the money and made sure I gave them the right amount. I was waiting for my change. I was supposed to get $3.76 so I gave the lady a quarter and I told her. You know what to do right? I mean you do work at a bank so this actually confused Daisy so much that she needed to look at me with confusion 1 and 2 she needed Priscilla to help her. I made a comment to them, uh isn't this a bank? You guys should be a little embarrassed huh? Priscilla also noticed that Daisy had pulled up a calculator on the computer screen which is pretty sad. The payments it took them at least 50 minutes to put the payments into my account. During this time I had my friend and my sister in the car. They were wondering why I took too long to come back out so they came in. I was speaking to my sister telling her why and Priscilla said very loudly because of your late payments which to me was very embarrassing and rude. My sister and friend didn't need to know my business and it's not my fault that the people in the bank that I dealt with, Priscilla and Daisy, weren't the best at their job. I stand by my 1 star. I do plan on going back but it's because if you make a payment through the phone they charge you 10 dollars each time versus going in and wasting some time but who knows maybe next time it'll be better.

Stupidest bank I ever delt with from the online app to the ATM machines u deposit a check and no funds r available till 4 days never heard of such a thing going to cancel my account and go back to chase what a waste of my life stay away from this bootleg name brand of a bank !!!!
