“A drunken gentleman stumbled to my post on St Nicholas at 168 and begged for help getting home. He was barely coherent, lacked full motor control and was flashing money like a tourist from the dumbest part of the world. Trying to get straight answers out of him was nearly impossible. He showed us his destination in the Maps app and it was then, between screens, that I saw a picture - his wallpaper - of a toddler. I exfoliates him bravely for being so irresponsible when he had something to live for. I found a card for the car service ice around the corner, called a car, bundled him in it and sent him on his way. They were fast, didn't complain, and the car smelled nice, so I hope he didn't make a mess.”

“Empire Transport is a great company and I highly recommend their services. Randy, and his team, are A1! If you need honest help, at a fair price, look no further. Empire Transport took exceptional care of my family when my elderly father was moving from NY to SC… it was a stressful time, and Randy was a godsend… doing business with him felt like working with family. A big thank you to you and your team Randy! I could not have done it without your help. All the best my friend.”

“This car service was a lifesaver! Another car service failed to deliver the luxury service they claimed to provide, then this service stepped in and saved the evening. Within minutes of speaking with the owner, I could tell that he was a man of his word and operated with integrity and ethics, two things that is hard to find now a days. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. He texted me to ensure that our guest arrived safely. I was so impressed that I contracted him to pick my family up and take us to the train station the next morning. He called 15-minutes before our travel to inform me that the driver was already on-site. He provided the drivers name, make/model of the vehicle, and was reasonably priced. I am so grateful that he stepped in when he did. It has restored my faith in traveling with luxury brands. When you are on vacation or have a night out on the town, you want to feel like someone is taking good care of you so that you can simply enjoy they evening. If I wanted an Uber or Taxi, I would have done that, but when you are looking for quality and the complete care and experience, then this is your car service company.”

“Great customer service! I had originally reserved a 12’ truck, but the service rep called me shortly after to notify me that my requested size truck was not available. He worked with me to find a truck that fit my needs and communicated well in advance of my move in case I needed to make other arrangements. The truck was ready for pickup and nice and clean. Thanks for making my move as painless as possible and for communicating clearly about adjustments.”

“I was so very impressed with the service, I received at Silhouettes & Profiles I had to write this review. as soon as I entered I realized I had found just what I needed. Professional taylors, I had a dress that was quite expensive. but needed to be remodeled, which I needed in a week. I was told no problem, I was texted to keep me informed fitted asked if I approved, next, told when my dress was ready. Wish I could have attached a photo, the difference was amazing. CAN I could give more than 5 stars Ladies you are Fantastic. Thanks”

“I am happy to write this review while at the same time, I am also sad because The College of New Rochelle will be closing its doors permanently this year. I visited this campus and was amazed of how beautiful the campus is. It even has a wellness center for those hardworking students and staff employees that need to woosaaa every now and then. I wish all the students a happy 2019 graduation and I know you will do great things in your future goals. As for the staff I believe you will land on your feet so don't be dismayed or disheartened. For every major and program at CNR...CONGRATS CLASS OF 2019!!”
