If I can give zero I would. I had to pay a copayment and they gave me a fake receipt.I called about 10 times in just one day and they have not returned my calls. They sent me a email of the images of my MRI. WHEN I SAID I WAS GOING TO WRITE A REVIEW THEY SAID GO RIGHT AHEAD.The names I got from the place areCARMEN AND LOPEZCANT REMEMBER THE RESTHORRIBLE PEOPLE

Somewhat disappointed with customer service provided by Exavior at the front desk. Stressed of making it on time for the appointment he did not greet or tried to expedite my initial intake. When asked twice to confirm our appointment he harshly stated to wait. When asked of his name, he bluntly offered to speak to a supervisor on site, unnecessarily escalating voice and attitude.

As a 70 year old in extreme pain, I was rather nervous about having 2 MRIs. Anthony, the tech, alleviated my fears by his kindness and gentleness. I don’t think I would have gotten through my MRIs without Anthony’s professionalism and understanding.

As a 70 year old in extreme pain I was rather nervous about having two MRIs, Anthony, the technician alleviated my fears by his kindness and gentleness I don't think I would have gotten through my MRIs without his professionalism and warmheartedness thank goodness upright imaging of Westchester has a tech as patient and respectful as Anthony.

I had my MRI done at the 1034 North Broadway Yonkers location last week after a terrible experience at their other location at 1234 Central Park Ave. Yonkers two weeks ago. The difference between the two is incredible.Xavier, the office manager at the North Broadway location was pleasant and answered all my questions and reconfirmed with my insurance the MRI was approved .Anthony, the technician at the North Broadway location was professional, calming, explained everything and made me feel comfort before, during and after the MRI. I would also like to mention the MRI room at the North Broadway location was clean, neat and tidy which was certainly not the case at the Central Ave location.Choose the North Broadway Yonkers location if you need an MRI !!!

My young daughter had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday 12/30 at 5:45pm ET for an MRI on her injured ankle. Less than one hour prior to this appointment a staff member left a voice message about rescheduling. She stated that we had missed our appointment (which had not occurred yet) and that "there was no technician available anyway". Within minutes of receiving her voice message, I called back several times to reschedule. No one picked up the line. I also left a voice message for a callback, then continued trying. Eventually, I tried from a different phone number which was answered immediately by another staff member. I told him I was calling to reschedule per her message and he transferred me to someone else. The person refuted telling me that we had missed our appointment. She was exasperated and told me she had 800 people to call and that if she left wrong information in my voice mail, so be it. She also told me "we didn't know there wouldn't be a technician" and added that the "MRI machine went down."Which is it? No tech? MRI is down? Or, I didn't show up? It can't be all three!She said they could reschedule my daughter for today, Thursday 12/31, at the same time for 5:45pm ET. I asked what the ETA was for fixing the MRI - would it be fixed in one day? She was combative in telling me that "they're easy to fix," that "they'll fix it all day tomorrow because we are closed," and "do you want the appointment or not?" I questioned if there would be an appointment today because she had literally just told me the office was closed. She, again, very rudely, told me they could see me today, 12/31 at 5:45pm. This person's attitude after calling to tell me I missed an appointment that had not yet even occurred is atrocious.Today, 12/31, I brought my young daughter down to the center for the rescheduled 5:45pm appointment only to find that the office is closed. The cleaning person outside was surprised that there was nobody there. "They are closed," and "They left," he told me. He indicated he had to obtain keys to gain access to clean. Nobody called to inform me that my rescheduled appointment was not going to be honored. Frankly, I cannot say I'm surprised. I have no doubt the woman who rescheduled purposefully didn't actually put our appointment in the system or intentionally did not inform us today that our appointment was not going to be honored - not after the staff was extremely rude and I pointed it out.This office wasted my time AND will be costing me excessive out of pocket expenses I will now incur by scrambling to locate an in-network facility to provide an MRI now that the plan year is moving into 2021 tomorrow after jerking me around for two days. I even asked the woman if I should find somewhere else if there was a chance the MRI wouldn't be fixed in time because I needed it inside of the plan year. She rudely told me to go somewhere else if I wanted or to tell her if I want the 12/31 appointment.The customer service here is appalling. The office is disorganized at best and staffed by some rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate people. My young daughter needs an MRI for a persistent and painful injury and the staff doesn't have the slightest common courtesy to care.Last week, I called to provide the authorization number for this appointment. I was called back twice more by people telling me they need an authorization number. I gave it repeatedly. Then, I'm told I missed my appointment that I did not miss (I better NOT be billed for a missed appointment), that "there was no technician there anyway" which means you could not have provided service, and that the MRI was down but would be "fixed all day today" because the office is closed.We aren't clear if the MRI really did go down or if the staff just didn't want to work on 12/30 and 12/31.I informed my referring doctor of the atrocious customer service provided and, at her request, let her kn

I’m not a big fan of the closed MRI so my doctor sent me to Upright Imaging in Yonkers. Arranged an appointment for 9AM-and was told to turn up 15 minutes before.Everything works like clockwork here. The staff are friendly, highly professional, and make everything as pleasant as possible.I highly recommend the facility. Thank you guys!

Crystal at reception was sweet and courteous. She greeted me and explained the forms and let me know how many people were ahead of me. Bobby my MRI tech was amazing. She was empathetic when I told her about my claustrophobia when she sat me in the machine. She checked on me throughout the MRI and kept me updated on how much longer it'd be. Thank you both for making this a positive experience.

When 2 staff members and the technician tell you there is no charge for 2 disks because they are from separate doctors, then you are charged $25, and are repeatedly told by a manager "the policy", and that you are wrong, there is no exception, and there is no way anybody told you there was no charge, making you feel like they don't believe you and don't care one single bit.....I don't like being treated like an idiot and talked down to. Will never go back there again! And it took a full week to get my disks, being told twice they were ready and they wern't! Avoid this place if you can! I give it 0 stars!

Professional, timely
