I don't understand all the negative reviews. I just came from UPS & the fellow who helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful. Around me I could hear REPEAT customers. You don't come back if the service is lousy. Much cheaper then using Staples.

Today I came to this store with a large package not very heavy but awkward and large. Label in hand, contents inside the box. My son who is eleven helping me, his dad who is 100% disabled veteran, on the Army's birthday, me, a patriot, we were treated like garbage. Of course, they did not know all that, but they should not have to. There was a female and male, no name tags, no common courtesy. Female then proceeded to illude to the fact that if the box is not closed UPS cannot accept it. So, I closed the box. She then went ahead and advised me I would need to buy tape off her wall. So I grabbed the tape, slapped on three strands and said hows that? Maintaining character but asserting my frustration to her many incompetencies but what do I know. She made a sale I guess, maybe thtas what ups teaches their employees. UPS if you read this and your considering giving female the boot, I will come work for you. I would never, ever treat anyone with such incompetence or disrespect. Good customer service is not for any specific people, it is what our mothers or fathers or both teach us growing up. Female, if you read this, I forgive you, but you need some manners and ettiquete and maybe some grammarly. Do not forget Jesus! Anyways, this is not me pulling the veteran card because im a karen, this is me pulling the disabled veteran card because im old,fat, broken and I had to force my son to do on the spot package yoga since the two of us dont make a solid 1. Yet, you two, healthy, young, EMPLOYEES FROM THE UPS STORE IN YONKERS STOOD BY AND WATCHED ME AND BOY STRUGGLE LIKE SOME FORM OF UNFORVABLE CUSTOMER. I will pray for you female. Male, you saved by the bell. Thanks for treating me like a regular customer.

It's always very professional in here and they work so quickly, I've seen lines be out the door on christmas and they fly through people while still being efficient. Very professional service here

Staff is always nice and efficient. Has a nice big free parking lot and is a convenient location. Lines tend to be longer in the afternoon when I go. I love to go early in the morning, there is never a line and its always a breeze.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Zion. He was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in until we checked out. With the holidays approaching and the stress that often comes with them, his positive attitude made a world of difference. He truly deserves all the credit for his excellent service!!!

So I came to do a return for Amazon...... I just think it's insane that they charge you $2.50 to print the label. I think that's a stretch and a bit ridiculous. They literally just printed a regular piece of paper from the printer. 🤦🏾♀️ I realize (from prior returns, in which I did not have to pay to print the label), that they are extremely expensive when it comes to any packaging products.
