Don't go here if you're doing an Amazon return. They charge for the return packaging they should include as well as to print any labels. I also wasn't greeted and stood waiting for any acknowledgment for 4 minutes, while there were three people literally right next to me and no customers. The girl who helped was nice and the cleanliness is the only reason for the 2 stars.

very nice and attentive customer service. I came in needing help boxing a few packages and the employee was helpful and took their time.

I usually go to this UPS to return my Amazon items. The service is fast and convenient. The service associates are friendly. I’ve never had an issue at this location. I love that this location has free parking.

Apparently the rude attitude of management has trickled down to his employees. Don’t go there. It seems whenever Amazon claims not to have received my return it’s from this store. Just checked an item I dropped off yesterday and it’s not showing as scanned today. Avoid because they are incompetent and have rude attitudes!

Please avoid this store if you can ,dropped a package 3 weeks ago It was not scanned and the receiver can’t issue me a refund since there’s no proof I dropped the package and saiys there’s even a drop off scan i went to inquiry and was given the cold shoulder

Asked a question about product availability before standing on a long line. They made me stand on the line to get an answer to my question. They did not have them. Instead of telling me that when I walked in, they told me to stand on line to tell me no, knowing the answer would be no when I first asked.

If you're returning an item to Amazon and the box isn't already taped closed, they make you buy a roll of tape for $5 to close it -- even though they have packing tape behind the counter & can do it for you. This is the only UPS store I've ever been to that I've seen do this.

Great customer experience! They do not close before 7pm. Even if someone walks at 6.59pm they don't hesitate to take them. These guys definitely need a ?

I’ve been to this specific ups store a few times, every time I go I always get exceptional and efficient customer service. I recommend this ups store I’ve never had an issue when shipping items.

To often there is a long line to this very small store. Most often you will see new faces working. I can only guess it's because of a stressful working environment - if you look closely, you can tell when there is no joy at work.

Not a fan of ridiculously high prices for mediocre service. An inch or two of tape will run you several dollars and that's not for you to keep. So tape up before you bring anything in. Sometimes we forget but $3-$5 will make you remember.
