One of those post offices that makes you think, “Hey, maybe privatizing USPS isn’t such a bad idea after all.” One employee at the counter in the middle of the afternoon, with a long line of customers waiting for service. Just … lame.

Never a full staff no matter what time of the day it is or what day of the week it is . You will be online for 30 minutes or more any time you visit . They need to hired more people .

Do not come here. There is always only 1 person working at a time whenever i stop by. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes in line. The people who work here have no sense of urgency and do not care about your time. I live a block away and I would rather drive to UPS or Fedex than give this location my money.

It’s very misleading and misinformed.I get a call telling me that they accept walk-in. I went in there and an employee told me I have to make an appointment! I recommend you do not go to this place and that they should STOP DOING POSTIAL SERVICE.Terrible for passport applications and renewal’s.

Not bad! Came in at around 10am, the line was 8-10 people, only one person working the at the windows, and I walked out at 10:22 after mailing three packages. Would be awesome if they had a kiosk for shipping labels but they don't.

This particular post office location is not recommend at all.
The lines are endless and despite having numerous windows to take customers usually only one or two are open at most.
The primary reason I am writing is because twice in a row I was informed by USPS that my package was out for delivery only to be told that I needed to pick it up here.
There was nothing incorrect with the mailing address and our home is perfectly accessible.
I am not sure if it is laziness, incompetence, or a combination of the two but we are disappointed with the postal service for the past few months and we don’t see it improving anytime soon.

This is the second time I went here to pick up my package myself! The first time it was raining heavily and the second time it was hot! I can't believe they are so lazy and make all kinds of excuses for not delivering packages! That's why the rating is so low! They don't deserve this job

One of the Worst post offices , they never deliver anything, i am a stay at home mom , I’m always home and is always something, never ring the doorbell, never call , they don’t even leave the notice on your door, they should close this disgrace or rehire and train, as bad as it can be.
