The worst service is offered by this office, the manager is always in a meeting, the employees are very unpleasant, without education and no empathy.
This “lady” is the worst of all, Undesirable, not educated, looking bad, does not wear his identification in her uniform. The people who need this office do not deserve the mistreatment of this “lady” and her attitude leaves a lot to think about the work of the manager (Barbara) and she is not aware of her employees.
We need work together for a good service.

Most post office’s are disgraceful, but this one tops it off, especially with some of the people they have working behind the counter. I had a horrible experience with an older African-American woman that wore clear glasses earlier this morning. She had a disgusting attitude—vile would be a better way to describe it. I do hope that if other people have similar experiences and consistently that they report her as she deserves it. Just a piece of advice to anyone that hates their job to the point that they project that onto other people - QUIT.

This post office opens very late compared to other Post offices in the same area. 930 through 10:00 AM is not a good time for most people because they usually at work and then sometimes they close at 1 PM. What kind of hours are these for the window? I had a postal box in here for quite a few years and it became too expensive and was actually cheaper for me to get a box over at the UPS store at which the UPS store has better hours and you can go there seven days a week in Bronxville. In general, the people that work the desk at this post office tend to be aloof and offended when you ask questions. The only thing good about this location is the parking. Additionally, this post office has a little machine that you can get your own stamps and do your own packages at your own speed. Make sure you bring a magnetic card to swipe in the door in the middle of the night because it does not have access to the public before the window opens.

If uour selling on eBay this is your place. They have qr code machine which prints out. Than you just leave package in tumbler large slot. No line. Buy postage with ebay. Save about 25 percent.

Worst service ever! I will never be back there if I could give 0 zero stars I would. There is no professionalism in this post office! There is no reason why I am being nice and respectful and getting rude attitude back this was such a horrible experience and reading these reviews a lot of people have had similar experiences so im very disappointed this location hasnt taken any action.

I should never have to leave USPS crying. This woman felt the need to embarrass me by asking me if I know how to read; when I told her not to be frustrated and that I didn’t know she responded back with what my “responsibility” is as a customer. I couldn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing her name tag, she is more focused on charging for tape and having a filthy attitude.

No Stars For This Post Office at 915 YonkersAve., Yonkers, NY
There was no mail delivery Wednesday, May 8th, 2024.
May 9th there is no mail person in sight and it is after 4pm.
This has happened before. They DO NOT answer their phones.
NO Notice given if mail will not be delivered. The cost for stamps keeps rising and service keeps getting worse. To post I had to put 1 Star but they do not deserve any stars.
