It was indicated to us through our interaction with a postal clerk here that there are security issues pertaining to this post office that could result in packages dropped off here becoming opened and privacy being compromised. This is a severe accusation and we did not make it lightly. Given that our encountered clerk was as ancient as Wyckoff House itself and likely a bad influence on other employees, it is likely a phenomenon that will persist. A PSA to all patrons who utilize this post office for their business.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME!!! The mail person claims they dropped off my package at the mailbox and the package is not in our mailbox or anywhere around. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME AND IT HAPPENS AROUND THE SAME TIME. The first time they claimed they dropped off at 3:23pm and yesterday they claimed they dropped off at 3:24pm and the package was not at the mailbox or residence. The office staff and supervisor seem to not care they have done nothing for me to resolve this issue.

I have never been to a post office where they close gates down without acknowledging that a customer is filling out a slip before getting on line. The postal workers didn't even announce that they were finishing up for the day or if I needed assistance. There needs to be a supervisor present at all times at this location. I miss the days when people acted like professionals. I only came to this location because I was in the area. Never again!!

I am giving a 1 star to this post office. I entered the post office this morning. A line , which is nearly always the case. While in line I listened to the young lady deal with customers. How rude and extremely condescending to customers. Especially to the elderly. This young lady seems to forget that it is these people who keep her in a job. This is certainly not a job for this young lady. I watched as two customers walked out , due to her attitude. When it came to my turn. She tried the same attitude. Pointed to envelopes Where I might add there was a selection of about 5. I thought I chose the correct when. When I returned to her again. She rolled her eyes. Asked did I NOT LISTEN TO HER ,she spoke worse to the gentlemen who walked out prior to me. . My reply was. I am not here for her to speak to me in that tone and speak down to me. She just rolled her eyes. Her colleague then took me and gave me better service. How disgraceful. I can only imagine how she treats the elderly with a disability. Shall never enter this post office again. Never have I experienced such rudeness in my life

This post office should get a “0”! I closed my PO Box on 8/31/23 and started a forward on September 1, 2023 to my new address in another state. As of today, November 17, 2023, I haven’t received one piece of mail at my new address! It’s almost 3 months and the manager at that the 10704 station, Steve, is the biggest liar as they come. Each time I call a different story regarding my mail is told to me. I’ve contact the Post Master General of the United States! I don’t like being made out to be a fool!!

Terrible!! This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with, the would not give my client the package even in person, said they would mail it, never mailed it and won't answer phone. They should all be fired! No customer service skills at all.

This place should get a zero when it comes to customer service and delivery. I spent the whole day waiting on a package after arriving and receiving absolutely no help for the clerk at the counter Crystal . I was waiting on something for a trip and have been delayed a whole day because last night the person did not leave my package and it’s out for delivery but no one can give me any help in the time or location of my package. I called several times and no one picked up the phone until 1:40 and then again at 3:30. The supervisor said they would get in touch with the carrier and it’s now 5:06 and nothing. If Crystal at the front seat would have just taken the time to contact the carrier this could have all been solved but she was more concerned about having her own personal conversation with her headphone in and told me I should have ordered it earlier which is unacceptable. The only thing you can go there for is stamps. The older lady and Spanish lady are very helpful but thanks to Crystal and her lack of help, I still don’t know where my package is.

They lied about everything, especially USPS policy. I showed them on the USPS website that they were wrong and they still ignored what I was saying and just repeated 'follow the rules', and threatened to call the cops. Anyone who knows me knows that I am perfectly calm and reasonable, this person lost her cool immediately and started insulting my appearance and my clothing and my general existence, simply because she was wrong and couldn't admit it. She refused to self-identify when asked for a name, and nobody was wearing name badges as per the law.The manager didn't make insults, but was of no help and claimed that it was something from literally 9/11/2001. The website was last updated in 2021. They refused to even for one second look to check if they were wrong, Even to read their own regulations that I had pulled up for them. This all occurred 2023-3-14@10:30. I have video, and I intend to contact USPS to ensure that our public postal service is actually accessible to its citizens without fear of harm, let alone simply utilizing the service itself. For money. Which is what their job is. I'm strongly pro-labor, but also strongly anti-assholery. So I'm conflicted, but not really.P.S. I know you'll read this and be seething, look up ad hominem, and consider how valuable it is to insult a person's character, when you are in the wrong. Did it make you feel better? Did you win? Hope berating a stranger for trying to use legally accessible services was worth it!

Counterpersons are rude and lack any consideration for the elderly. They NEVER offer assistance and NEVER are pleasant. This has been a constant here... this is my local post office and dread coming here because I know it's going to be a tortuous experience. It was better about 15 years ago... but it's gotten progressively worse. Just when you thought it couldn't be worse they always come through with more horrible experiences than before.

While the people here have been pleasant to me, the operating hours of this location is incredibly inconvenient. Every other post office I know of opens at 8:30am or 9am. For whatever reason, this location opens at 10am. It’s makes it incredibly difficult to pick up packages in the morning during the work week. Please consider operating during normal business hours and opening at 9am.

People usually don't leave reviews on these places unless it's a bad one so I'll try and buck that trend for myself.I've dropped off several packages mid day during week days and have been treated kindly. One visit was scanning about 5 QR labels and the employee was good to me.I always find parking although there's always some asshat that parks directly in front of the door despite there being half a dozen parking spots 6 feet away in every direction (no reflection on the establishment, obviously).I wouldn't doubt this place might get wild during busier hours or with more in-depth transactions but for now, I have yet to encounter it. Fingers crossed
