Very disappointed of this location. I have a PO.Box for my packages and they often return the packages to SENDER -for no reason! Mind you all packages have their clear labels printed attached. Management can’t give me an explanation and apologized for the situation However, that doesn’t resolve anything. Post office is very quick to charge a late fee if you are late with PO. BOX payment but they can’t do the ONE THING I’m paying for, right. This situation has been extremely inconvenient to me.

I went to this post office to change my address first time being there no actually second time, I had no issues at all. Well, today was a different story I walk into the post office there’s a line so I’m number four online and then this woman comes and like cuts in front of the line and I just looked at people and said “Is she cutting the line?”and the other person said no no she was here before and that was it, the customer who went in front said I was here before you feel better now you had to ask about something and all I said was, well nowadays people feel entitled . I did not mean anything about race that she was African-American. I did not mean anything about race and she said wow because of my skin color entitled I was shocked. I was so upset and the person behind the counter is African-American and she’s going off on me too I did not mean any racial comment at all and usually the word entitlement is toward white people that they feel their entitled so I don’t know what happened this morning, but it upset me very much . I wanted to speak to her supervisor and she said it doesn’t matter nothing‘s going happen to me anyway she wouldn’t give me her name which I know now, but I’m not going to say it .she said, if you want to supervise go ring the bell, I rang the bell the supervisor they never came out and she was African-American she didn’t answer but I will say this and I am putting this out public because I am not a racist and those who know me know that I am not a racist and this is a government office and I was afraid to put my change of address because I feel they’re going to rip it up and if they did, that’s fine I’ll just go somewhere else but now I could see why they got two stars ratings. I also want to say that I have a great nephew who I love to the moon and back that I would die for and give my life for is also African-American so I am not a racist and I want to put this in writing because to let that supervisor know who didn’t answer and let that person behind the counter who was so rude and so, boisterous toward me and treated me like a racist and I am not !!!!!!!

Nearly every time me or my roommates use this Post Office, the package gets mysteriously delayed or lost or sent to the wrong location and then we receive scam text messages about how to get our packages; I can only assume someone who works there is in on the scam if they know our contact information and when we have a package in the mail. It’s incredibly sketchy, just avoid this place, go somewhere else.

Hands down best post office experience! Small location only two people on staff per shift. As o filled out my money order and envelope they greeted every customer and asked how they could assist. They seemed genuinely interested in getting issues resolved and customers in and out of the door efficiently. I was in and out in less than 15 mins and that included the time it took to fill out my paperwork. Super happy with my experience. Extra points for having awesome music playing in the background. I know it's for the staff but I enjoyed it :)

The space is cramped, and like any post office, the line can be long. Obviously no one enjoys standing in line for anything, never mind at the post office. However the last time i was here, the woman behind the counter (who was working alone at the time) hustled like nobody's business to get people out as efficiently as possible. I was extremely impressed and incredibly grateful. Also, (unlike downtown) there's loads of free parking, so not sure why all the negativity and drama in some of the reviews here. Do packages sometimes sit at this location for a few days after USPS claims they delivered it? Of course! It's the postal system. That's just how they roll, my friends. I'll take USPS over Fedex any day of the week.

Worst experience I have ever been through. I had a package placed in my mailbox that was empty and opened. I went to the post office to speak to the supervisor by the name of Michael White. This guy was so condescending, and I definitely felt like he was mocking me. So unprofessional. I explained to him that my package was supposed to weigh 2 pounds and the courier never saw a problem with it. He then proceeded to give me a random item that weighs 2 pounds. And told me does this feel like 2 pounds to you. I told him it’s not my job to know what ways what I think it’s common sense that when someone is delivering a package, they read the package and feel that it is not weigh 2 pounds and initially see that it’s a problem. several things that he said was extremely offensive. He said it’s your word against hers meaning the courier. please get this man a customer service training. My next step is corporate. I felt extremely disrespected.
