Never understood why the process of getting a phone was never streamlined. Almost like buying a car but not as long. Forgot my associates name but straight to the point and knowledgeable. We insisted on keeping the same number we had for 20yrs so we had to talk to corporate. Also picked up a smart watch for wifey. I can wait until i buy it. Located in cross county mall

Let me start off with saying that I am extremely saddened and disappointed with this Verizon location. Yesterday I decided to take advantage of a special deal Verizon Wireless is offering online which is a free ipad and a $300 giftcard if you order online. Fast forward i place my order and the sales representative gave me the green light to head to the store to pick up my order. I finally get to the store and a tall black gentleman approaches me and asks me if i need any help. I responded yes i do I’m here for a pick up. His immediate response to me in nasty loud tone which embarrassed me was “WELL JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE HERE FOR A PICK UP DOESNT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS READY”. My response was it’s not a problem i will sit on your bench until it is ready. The gentleman walked to the back and as soon as I sit down i receive an email notification saying that my order has been canceled over not being able to identify who I was. Mind you the gentleman never asked me for my state Id or even my name or what i was here to pick up. I myself came to the store with all my credentials I came with my state ID as well as my debit card that I used to purchase my new phone. The next day which is today i decide to call customer service to see what was going on and they themselves were confused as to why my order was canceled. The tall black gentleman who is actually the store manager profiled me and assumed I was a “scammer” because of the way I look. Not all hispanic people with dreadlocs and tattoos are criminals. He did not know my name or ask me for any identification he only looked at me and profiled me. When i spoke to the representative who gave me her number and is sending me information to further escalate this matter even agreed with me that I was profiled. Yes I understand that there is a lot of scamming going on but how do you assume that that was my intention when you don’t even know my name or anything and i had all my credentials. If you’d like to be profiled feel free to come to this location. I am currently escalating this and will continue to until i get some light on why my order was canceled by this gentleman.

literally one person working here. made me and my family wait for 30 min as he chit chatted about living in miami.. i literally came in just to quickly pick up an order & would’ve taken barely a minute. but the male worker just found random things to talk about to a customer instead of help

My husband came into the Verizon Yonkers Store. He asked if he transfer all his calls to his new phone he was told he had to be charge. he asked, can I come back and return the replacement phone after he put all contacts back into his phone he was told yes. he came back to the store, stop by the manager and was profile like my husband was a Problem. When my Husband was trying to tell him, he dropped off two phones two weeks ago and that it shouldn’t have been a problem. He was not courteous and he was rude.

On the "My Verizon" APP, I ordered an upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra to the newest Galaxy S24 Ultra with the $800 trade in. When I went to surrender my S21 Ultra, I was advised that the credit was only $400. It's just another case of Verizon bait and switch.
Also, the representative was a manager and seemed like he was sleep walking and unwilling to provide me, a 26 year customer, the professional help I deserve, especially that it's his job as a Verizon employee. I'm retired from Verizon employee.
My experience was a joke. I could've gotten better service at a Pizzeria.

Odd Experience, Placed an order to pickup two devices and upon being given the bag there was only one device. The employee was surprised and apologized and said maybe they are out. They went to the back for 10 minutes and came out with someone else confirming there is in-fact two on the order sheet and went to the back again. They said they would refund one of them in-which I asked for both be refunded since it was BOGO 50% off and I would purchase it elsewhere.
They came back again after another 10 minutes and said "Sorry we got confirmation the employee who packed the bag only put one in so here is the second one"
So I was or someone was being accused of theft and that was the hold up for half an hour? Just weird and off-putting. Tl;dr check your bag to see if you got what you paid for.

i am writing this revue because the verizion rep edward really screwed me i picked up my new s24 samsang phone on a trade in my ohone was to be free the verizion sales person i spoke to on the phone i had a 1000 dollar rebate the sales person edward was suppose to take my old phone back he sai just keep it or throw it away he was wrog because of that i was charched for my new phone on my bill i called verizion and they said he was wrong lucky i had thee phoneand mailed it back to verizion so the charges would be taken of i hope these reps in the store dont know wht the hell they are doing they dont know there job

Unprefessional is the least I can say about this location. Employees do not greet and are rude when asking a simple question. I have been with Verizon wireless for over a decade. I have NEVER experienced disgust at any location before now!

Really helpful. I was greeted immediately after entering the store. This is a corporate store so don’t worry about being misled or anything. Very thoughtful and thorough staff, appreciate the assistance providedWill always be coming here 10/10
