“I've been here a couple of times for my cat. She's an actual scaredy cat & it's not easy getting her to travel. My first experience was SO BAD bc the vet was rude/angry/frustrated. I avoided the place entirely. 2nd guy was ok, in & out. No bad vibe, professional. Helped her with her issue & that's the main thing. My most recent visit was with Dr. Ken Nicholson & he was so far the best & the only one I want to see from now on. He was thorough, gentle, informative and actually cared about the little nugget. His assistant was also very gentle and considerate with her.”

“Pros: Very nice staff and informative. I felt comfortable with Dr.Nicholson and he thoroughly explained everything to me as I am a new pup owner. They gave me a free kit with my pups exam. They also have an easy to use app.Cons: they are overpriced. I wish I would’ve known the chargers beforehand. The other local vets charge about $60 less for shots and exam. All together I spent $300-$400 here.”

“This was my 4 th time at Banfield in 2 weeks. Everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately i keep spending money each time and nothing has helped at all. Ryder still has Ulcers in both eyes and green stuff coming out of his eyes all day.”

During a very difficult time, Dr. Rosen and her team were fabulous both professionally and personally. Always supportive and compassionate to us and Augie throughout his treatment. We consider them as part of our family now.”
