This pharmacy is a disgrace.
I called to confirm the prescription and the time it would be ready, the doctor called it in late afternoon. I was told it wouldnt be ready until after 6pm, ok fine we waited they are busy. It is a Saturday night so no other Pharmacy nearby is open. My husband arrives to pick up and is told that the medication is actually out of stock after waiting hours for it to be ready and he is handed a piece of paper told to go somewhere else. When I tell him, no no I was told the meds were in stock he goes back in and *"magically*" they find some medicine on the shelf. This was urgent meds for a 5 year old child who had been violently ill ALL day on the verge of going to the ED. The pharmacy's sheer laziness to not check their shelves properly would have been the difference between a child being at home tonight or in the ED being stuck for IV hydration. So beyond frustrating. When i called them outraged that they put us through all this stress the pharmacist was beyond patronizing and sarcastic, she even had to gall to ask me "if there's anything else she could do for me". Yea mam you can do your job and check the shelves and not just a clearly broken computer system. Disgusting uncaring behavior, why do such a vital and important job if you aren't bothered.

There is always an issue with your prescriptions. You either get it double, missing something or something different than your prescription. Never get just what you need.

Arrived at 1:30pm and the pharmacy was closed on a Saturday afternoon for staff to take a break REALLY? Doesn't Walgreens know how to stager staff? Time to change.

Waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they don’t have the medicine in stock, staff has not idea what they are doing!

Worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered
There is one guy that knows what he is doing the rest are just decoration
Top it off with the fact that Walgreens computerized system is a mess

Pharmacy leaves much to be desired. You always should assume you are going to come back. They never have anything. The voice system gives incorrect information e.g. "they are still working on it" which could mean "out of stock' and you have to come back...happens often.

Unsatisfied with the service. Staff can’t multitask, putting me on hold for long time.. Only one person provided me the information I needed without even putting me on hold. The patients are calling any pharmacy because they needed information regarding their important medication. We are not calling just to be a nuisance.

If there were zero stars this pharmacist would get it. He told me to go to CVS and he is not obligated to take the prescription if he doesn’t have it on hand. It’s called ordering it, check with another branch, put one on hold when it comes in. From just the few interactions I’ve had with staff and pharmacist this location is a money pit for corporate. They will dismiss thousands of people for their egotistical selfish priorities of taking the path of least effort. Horrible and should be shut down. If Pharmacy Management doesn’t do anything about it, they should be changed also.

Paula at the pharmacy counter is always nasty, incompetent, and lazy. Thankfully a very competent and lovely pharmacy assistant stepped in to assist and to show Paula that she was incorrect when she said I didn’t have insurance. Below is Paula, so you know to avoid her.
