So I stop here every month at night and the same guy everyone is talking about is always there. The foul smell is ridiculous and even during the day you still smell his presence. The smell has gotten worse. A remodel inside but no remodel for the lobby ATM area. Someone needs to report this asap and get him removed with help. I live near getty square and I don't go to that one for the same reason and odell was the place to go but looks like I will be going further if not try another bank.

The same homeless guy with a skateboard that other people mentioned was in the lobby tonight and the lobby constantly stinks. The location is very unsafe, beyond the homeless person there was a woman scoping out people, presumably to rob. There are always people hanging around, be very careful if you choose to use this location. Honestly I'm thinking of opening up an account with another bank, none of the wells fargo ATM locations in yonkers are safe but this is the worst.

I’ve had no problems with this location until last night, and it seems someone else has mentioned the homeless kid. I feel awful, but I needed to make a small deposit with the ATM and couldn’t cause it was locked up and he was asleep on the floor. I woulda left him alone if I could just use the ATM ? I don’t drive, so now I have to do another Uber stop before work to try again today. Please find resources for this man so he can leave the bank ?

I tried to use the ATM here but not only was there a lock on a 24 hour ATM door but there was also a guy with A skateboard that barricaded himself inside the ATM bank lobby. How he got there is beyond me but I had to drive an extra 15 minutes to the next Wells Fargo this shouldn’t happen! It’s a major inconvenience

i just withdrew money from the ATM, paid a $3 fee and went inside the empty bank, no customers. I went to a cashier and asked for change of a $10 bill, 5 singles and a $5 bill. I was told that if I didn't have an account that they would not do it for me because as the cashier said, If I open my drawer I have to fill out a report. I said that since I was the only customer in the bank and that I did in fact pay for the use of the ATM that I was a customer, still she refused saying I could go to the supermarket, . at which point I said that she didn't look busy referring to the empty bank and she told me in fact that she was busy and turned away from me. I have never been in any bank that would not make simple change for me and I guess after this experience I will never be in this bank again. I used to use this ATM 3 or 4 times a week, never again!! I sincerely hope this was the act of a cashier and "not" bank policy! If I could I would give this bank a negative star rating. So much for community services.

I went to this brand to buy some pennies and the counter Alicia was very rude to me according to her I need a business account I was surprised because in a different brand they don't ask me that I asked to talk with the manager they told me to wait for 20 minutes this is one of the worst wells fargo brand that I have ever been..

Had an appointment at 10:30. It was closed. No signs, no one picked up the phone. Tried to call other open locations no one picked up. Really disappointed.

If it came down to the window service this location would deserve 1000 Platinum stars, the Tellers at this location should be given top salaries and be made the models for how a customer should be taken care of. That said this location over the years has made decisions to close early several times without any notice or care of explanation leaving some without the ability to feed my family until they are opened two days later. Having these locations closed hurts those of us who have no choice but to live day by day

The phone no one answers the phone rings and rings , go in person walk-in , the teller tells you staff at lunch , working on holiday schedule , short staffed, can do walk ins but make appointment not fair to people who made appointments, etc .... List of excuses to help customers or any assistance is endless no customer service anymore staff could care less about banking at Wells Fargo taking my money out of there . Non assisting workers at this branch .

Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo branch. Phone number given is to a different banker who has his voicemail shut off. Yea maybe he messed up and said the wrong digit so I called the bank itself. No answer. Called again. No answer. Drive down as it isn't that far away from my home and everyone is on their cellphones. How am I supposed to trust these people with my mortgage. For now on only going to the central avenue branch.

People that work at bank are nice, however beware … ( nepperhan location) I was depositing money in the ATM and when the ATM read the amount back to me it was $100 short I immediately canceled the transaction and tried to get the money I entered into the machine back ?as mentioned I was shorted $100 so I called the customer service for Wells Fargo ?and they told me I did not even make a transaction?! I submitted a claim anyway so they can investigate ?and pretty much never got my hundred dollars back beware of Wells Fargo ATM and Most Definitely beware of putting money in the ATM you will not get it back, if it’s wrong ?

Horrible customer service. Went there twice, first time I asked for some quarters and they only gave me $20, second time I went there to ask for $20 in quarters, the lady at drive thru on 09/12 at 1.15 pm told me without hesitation oh we don’t have any quarters! Really? A bank doesn’t have quarters? Yeah sure

The worst bank on earth. They approved me for a mortgage but not picked me to death after approving me. Asked for dozens of documents and were never ready to close. I nearly lost my down payment because time to close had passed and the seller was in danger of losing his purchase too. They seemed completely disinterested in helping me, a client who they promised to give a relatively small mortgage. It cost me about $10,000 in hard cash to keep my deal alive through another lender. I should think that after all their criminal activities they would be nicer to customers. I wouldn't use them to make change. Go elsewhere. Zero stars.
