I did not like the way their finance person ran my credit before I even got to speak with him . By the time I got to speak with finance everything was just there for me to sign. I wasn’t given the option to go over no details . He basically rushed the entire process and I wasn’t please with the transaction . I was asking him questions and he was just not interested. He didn’t once said he was working on giving me the same payment option I had before . I’m paying way more now than when I was leasing the car. I tried to explain that I’m trying to pay the same monthly payment . With a credit score of 750 plus the only option he said I had was with Toyota . With an interest rate of 8.9% how is that possible?Oscar and Victor are both phenomenal .

It was great working with Anthony.He assisted us throughout the whole process. All my best wishes to this very young man - hope you go places.And, we are very happy with the dealership they stayed true to the advertised price.

Went to this dealership to lease my first car. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My sales representative, Kenny, was well informed and patient with me when I asked questions. He really put me first. Additionally, the place was easy to find, cleanly, and organized. I totally recommend going to this dealership to get a car.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They took a "refundable" deposit from me and then lied about returning the money. I kept getting nonsense excuses. Still unsettled after multiple calls, threats of legal action, etc. What a bunch of crooks!!

Armando assisted me in the purchase of my vehicle. He was very pleasant and friendly. He has an engaging manner which put me at ease right away. I felt I could trust him. Which is very important in such a major transaction. He went above and beyond to assist me. I am completely satisfied!!

We had a very good experience with Carlos Romero. He went above and beyond to made sure that we were well taken care of. Carlos was very upfront about the wait for the car we wanted (his estimate was right on target), and was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We just sat back and watched Carlos make everything happen on the day we stopped by to pick up the car. Sam who handled the paperwork was remarkably well-organized and efficient. Thank you!

It takes a lot to get me pissed off while doing business. I tend to think of myself as pretty level headed and - if it comes down to it and something that I want is outside my price range, or if I think the seller is being unreasonable, I will just move on and either forget about it or find it elsewhere. I was having a really hard time finding the vehicle that I wanted in my own territory here in CT so I was looking in NY and Massachusetts to find it. I happened upon Westchester Toyota, and despite the fact that they add what they call "negotiable markups" to all of their vehicles which irks me - I got over that and began the process of negotiating with them. I got them down to $1,000 over MSRP, which they would get me the vehicle for if I made a $1,000 deposit over the phone. When I made it clear to them that I had other dealers who were selling it for MSRP but that it wasn't readily available to them - they said that they would go down to MSRP but only if I made the two hour drive out to them to make the deposit "to indicate my seriousness". I felt this was pretty obnoxious. It felt like they were hoping that the hardship of having to drive out there TWICE (once to make the deposit and once to get the vehicle two to three weeks later when it arrives) when my truck was just totaled would cause me to just say screw it, and get me to pay them the additional $1,000.00. Even though this irritated me, I agreed to make the trip down that same day if they would reserve the vehicle for me - I did not want to borrow someones vehicle and drive down there only for someone else to buy it while I was on my way. They would not accommodate this. They wouldn't even accept $500 over the phone and $500 when I got there in two hours. Again, this is all just massively sleazy. Give your business to a dealer who doesn't add "negotiable markups" to their vehicles, or better yet, give your business to another dealer who doesn't use your own recent hardships as a means of having power of you during negotiations. I went ahead with Herb Chambers of Auburn MA by the way. They were nice to work with.

Let me start by thanking Jhojandy Hernandez and the finance manager, Sam! They were absolutely legends. As soon as I entered, Jhojandy took care of me and gave me the right price with zero hidden fees. And the best part? From start to finish, it only took 30 minutes. You don't have to spend hours here, just to get what you need. Now, speaking of the finance manager, Sam, he's a legend himself! He didn't try to add any unwanted extras or hidden fees. He's absolutely willing to help anyone. It took me only 5 minutes to sign the documents, and guess what? I was done! I wasn't kidding when I said the whole process only took 30 minutes. Westchester Toyota is a certified family dealer that aims to create long-term customers by taking care of them, unlike other dealers who focus on short-term gains through fees and markups disguising them as deals.

I had a great experience with Sean, my salesman who gets 5 stars. This review would have been five stars if I didn’t have the issues I had with financing. When I got home, the final price that was financed was about $1000 above the price that was negotiated. I was never given the negotiated price with all the details in writing. They said that this was internal documentation. It took several weeks and many phone calls before I was eventually able to get the credit back. I was able to get the credit back, but it was a major inconvenience. If I didn’t get the credit back, this review would have been a lot lower. I want to emphasize that Sean was great as a salesman and he was able to negotiate a good price for the car. My suggestion is that you give the client the negotiated price on paper, so there is no confusion.

What started as a good experience turned into not a good experience in one month. My wife and I bought a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid from this dealer. We appreciated the salesperson, Anthony Carpio's help and willingness to negotiate a good deal that worked for us. He was accommodating when we had to wait two business days until the funds were released from our bank. Up to this point, customer service was terrific. Everything took a wrong turn when I returned to them and asked them to install the license plates to avoid damaging the paint. They told me to bring the car to the sales floor because they do it all the time and could "help me." The work required drilling two holes to install the plate front bracket. The person who did the job was careless, scratched the front bumper, and chipped the paint with the battery-powered screwdriver. After he "finished" the job, he said, "Don't worry, you can barely see it."I went back inside and asked to speak to a supervisor. The same guy came over and defiantly asked: "What's the problem?" I told him, you damaged my vehicle. We went back outside, and at this point, a third person, who never identified as a supervisor and only offered his first name after I asked him, took the same position. Unapologetic and dismissed my request for a resolution. He did apply some wax to the paint with his finger, but nothing changed. It was like they just wanted me to go. I returned inside a third time and asked the receptionist, the only person willing and understanding of my concern, to speak with the general manager, Franc Greco. The guy who scratched the vehicle intervened quickly and said, "He is unavailable." At this point, I politely asked for paper and a pen and left a note explaining the experience. I never heard back from the GM. What was more upsetting about the experience was their attitude of not wanting to take responsibility and acting as if they were doing me a favor. Westchester Toyota seems uninterested in building relationships with their customers; once the sale is completed, they do not want to hear back from you again.

I had a great experience at Westchester Toyota, everyone was extremely nice and professional. It didn’t take long to make me fall in love with my new vehicle! I loved that they spoke to me with honesty, i didn’t feel hassled or forced into just buying a car. From the sales representative Kenny to the sales manager Victor and the finance manager Sam, i had a great experience from the beginning to the end of my new journey in getting a car!

My husband and I didn't plan on leaving with a car the day we went, however we did and we are very happy with the car and the service we were provided. I had Carlos and Jay work with myself and my husband. Both were very professional and showed kindness. We had our toddler with us and the atmosphere stayed positive. I will say if you don't plan on buying/financing/leasing when you arrive try to have snacks and a beverage with you. We spent a good 4 hours here.

I just want to give a thanks to Kerwin for helping me pick out my new car ! 2024 Grand Highlander. Kerwin was not only extremely helpful but he was super educated and so caring and respectful. He did everything in his power to make sure I was 100% happy with my decision. My mom has only came to this location because they always treat her with respect and not just a girl trying to buy a car. I highly recommend everyone visit this location and ask for Kerwin.
