I came in with no expectations and with bad credit and I walked out with a 2023 GMC. Thanks to the great teamwork of salesman Marcelo and Finance Manager Anthony I was approved. I drove there in a 2004 Altima and drove away in a 2023 GMC. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone

As noted in other reviews; please read the lowest rated reviews as these are a true reflection of this business, not the fake 5- star reviews they coerce people into posting.
These guys are complete scammers and shady used car sales men. They state on their website “no fees” which is a complete LIE. They repeatedly told me the car was 8k, which I believed and trusted them, I naively didn’t read the documents well, and low and behold they add on another 3.8k to the advertised price on their website, this in addition to sales tax and registration fees. These guys are complete scammers and slimeballs don’t ever do business with them. Please note in one of the other reviews they mention a 1500 dealer fee, I’d love to know where the extra 1400 comes from.
In regards to my actual experience with them, there were many red-flags, I should have took note of but ignored, being my first car I was lacking experience and overly trusted these guys. Firstly the salesman Marcelo, this guy is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met in my life, during the whole duration of the test drive, he was on the phone, I’ve never been to this area and had no idea where I was going, and he was casually having a conversation in the back seat with his friend on the phone. At this point I really should have left and never came back, but I liked the car so naively ignored it.
Bought the car, they didn’t detail it, the idea of washing a car you’ve paid more than 10k for is an old guy washing it with a hose pipe. I had to pay 300$ to get the car detailed as it was dirty , these jokers also gave me the car with an empty fuel tank.. classy.
They made me wait around their dealership for hours as they supposedly did checks and repairs on the car, driving home the oil light came, I checked the oil it was empty, immediately called them - at this point I knew I was screwed. I don’t know what they were doing with the car but clearly didn’t even change the oil. They still owe me for the oil change they said they’d pay. The tire pressure sensor was also broken when they gave me the car reported it to them they did nothing. A few weeks into owning the car, engine light comes on, the ABS system has all sorts of faults and 02 sensor is broken. Still under warranty ; I live far from dealership and couldn’t go to them; the clown manager here tells me that I can get an 02 sensor for a German car for 20 bucks, when i challenge him to show me from where ,radio silence ensues nevertheless they agree to pay me 100$ for the repair, which I begrudgingly accept, the actual repair cost me over 300$ with the part alone costing 250 for an OEM part: yet still no sign of any cheque from them. When I ask about my money they get rude and show you an attitude. They knew of these faults as the guy literally whispered to him about the car failing its emissions test- so he knew something was wrong with the car, they also left the ODM wires out so I know they just reset the lights on the dashboard before giving it to me. In regards to the ABS faults they never responded to my messages, they have the diagnostic report for it and just ignored it.
When you try contacting these people they will keep passing you off, saying they’ll call you back after 4/5 times of chasing these people, I complained to my bank, who financed the car about the ordeal. They did an investigation and whilst couldn’t help me as I (naively) signed the sales contract, they told me their practices are “disingenuous to say the least”.
So I implore everyone to not do business with these people and at minimum ensure you know how much you’re paying for the vehicle as these people love to add on random fees.

This is why you always read the lowest reviews first because dealers like Yonkers Auto Mall flood the page with fake five star reviews to bury the truth. This place is the definition of a bait and switch scam. They post cars at one price, then jack it up with bogus “dealer fees” the moment you sit down to talk numbers.
If you plan to pay with your own bank loan or heaven forbid cash, don’t even waste your time. You’ll find out real quick how badly they’re trying to scam you. The fake pricing, the shady fees, the lies over the phone, it’s all part of the act.
If you’ve ever watched Danny DeVito in Matilda as the illegitimate used care dealer, this dealership is a carbon copy. Same sleazy tactics, same arrogance, same total disregard for customers.
And after reading the low star reviews, it’s crystal clear this isn’t a one off. The owner or manager here seriously needs to be investigated. Go read his responses. All he does is gaslight customers who are sharing their firsthand experiences. No accountability, no honesty, just deflection and blame shifting.

Zero Stars - I strongly advise against Yonkers Automall. They advertised a Red Dodge Charger, a former fleet rental, for $21,450. I offered $20,000 cash via text, which they agreed to. I asked them to send the out-the-door (OTD) price via email so I could put down a deposit and pay the balance on pickup.
Here’s what they actually sent:
Adjusted Subtotal: $24,445
Sales Tax: $2,141.38
Documentation Fee: $175 (supposed to cover plates & registration)
Plates & Registration: $275 (double-charged)
NYS Inspection: $37
Total Out-the-Door: $27,073.38
In New York, the doc fee is capped at $175 and already includes plates and registration. Yonkers Automall is trying to add an extra $275 on top—another example of bait-and-switch tactics.
This is completely unethical and misleading. New York State should take action to shut down dealerships like this. Buyer beware: do not trust this dealer.

Was recommended with a pre approval from my bank with an approval to go there (Yonkers Automall) and was talked into using a credit union that they use instead. They ran my credit and the credit union system was down. As they stated we will call you tomorrow. Again my credit was ran the next day and nothing - sent a text. Called at around 3pm to be put on hold and passed to another female them to wait for Marcelo then got disconnected. I gave up and asked them to pull my application.
