Customer service at this location needs to be applauded. I went specifically to hunt down a jacket that was sold out online and there happened to maybe be one left at this store. The employee, I believe his name was Johan and his coworker did everything to locate the jacket and I walked out a happy customer!

I picked up a pair of pants marked $27.95. When I went to pay, the item rang up at a higher price. The cashier explained that the tag showed the āEuro priceā and said she could not honor it. I asked to speak with a manager, but the manager also refused to honor the price.
I explained that, as someone who works in retail, I know that stores are expected to honor the marked price. The manager continued to refuse and would not even provide her name when I asked. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing.
It is unfortunate that Zara allows situations like this, where staff either lack awareness of customersā rights or demonstrate poor customer service skills. I even took a photo of the manager to document the interaction. I will be contacting corporate as well.

Today was my son worst day ever at this store. Today him and his female friend decided to go to Cross county so she can buy herself something from Zara, while they in there she asked him if he sees anything he like she will pay for it, as he looking around he picked up a Fendi pouch and he decided to see if there was something besides the pouch that he likes he found himself a shirt he told her this is it and gave it to her but remind you he had a bag from target that had his phone, charger and whatever else in there so in between holding the target and the pouch in the same hand and holding the shirt in the other hand while waiting on line to purchase the items while standing there for so long they are laughing and talking and they finally made it to the register purchase the items as they walking out the store the alarm went off he stopped while still in the store look at his hand and realize he still got the pouch he turned around and this black lady that was already at the door walked up to my 15 year old son and automatically his picture and told him not to come back to the store no thieves are welcome back to the store. He called me and I can hear the shaking and the embarrassment in his voice he came home with tears in his eyes and told me he was embarrassed and terrified that this done happened to him I his mother was heartbroken. If my son wanted to steal a pouch it would have been inside the target bag that was in his head from the beginning.

NEVER EVER LIST ANYTHING FROM ZARA ON YOUR REGISTRY
We received a set of plates and bowls as part of our wedding registry. They came broken and scratched, here is the sequence of events when we went to the store to return them:
1) Waited on line and they told us they could only accept the return and send the money back to the giver but if we called customer service they would be able to give us store credit.
2) Went to outside the store, called customer service they said there is nothing they can do we have to just send the money back to the gift giver and we should go back to the store.
3) Went back, waited on line again, they have us unwrap every single plate. Then they tell us they canāt do the return in store it has to be sent to ZaraHome
4) Disappointed, we asked for help to rewrap all of the plates which they declined and watched us slowly do.
5) Manager comes over and tells us that he can work with customer support and he can return the plates for us. I explicitly state āif thereās a chance you canāt do it, I would rather take the plates with me as I live over 1.5 hours away.ā The manager tells me he can do it and not to worry
6) A few days later he calls me and says he is still working on it.
7) Two weeks later he has ignored several texts and calls. I called customer service and they tell me that I ārefused to take the plates with meā and that I need to go back and pick them up so they can they help process a returnā¦. The manager is still not answering my phone calls or texts.
Iām going to have to drive 1.5 hours to try to get some plates back from a company so I can send it to their other department to maybe get money back. At this point Iām debating just having my aunt who gifted the plates dispute the charges as the company sent broken plates, accepted them back from me and wonāt return any money or store credit.
What a disappointing response from a brand I once really liked

This place always has the longest lines. It doesnāt matter what day or time you go, you will literally always have to wait ridiculously long to make your purchase/return. Meanwhile, there are 10 empty registers and 50 employees on the floor walking back and forth.

I love Zara; most of my clothes are from there. However, I had a really unpleasant experience with the staff this particular store, and I definitely wouldn't recommend going there if you're looking for a nice shopping experience. There were about 30 people waiting in line for around 20 minutes, and the staff just looked at us without saying anything until someone finally spoke up and asked if we could enter the fitting room since several people had left. The staff then insisted that the fitting room was closed, even though it was still an hour and a half before closing time. No one had mentioned this to all of us waiting in line until that moment.
