The experience here is very well nice. I really like it here. This is my store. I've been coming here for a while. The store is nice. It's cleanliness. Very nice people. Very nice people in the pharmacy. They do have handicap parking for you if you need it. And if you don't need it, you park somewhere else in the lot. Bathrooms are clean. Everything is very clean inside and they do have what you need and if they don't see what they want to get just ask the pharmacy or the store people.Merry Christmas!

I left Walgreens because of all the problems with not getting meds in stock and screw ups that happened their. I was glad to leave because my scripts were 1/2 the price. So at the beginning of the month they didn't have enough of my morphine for my back. (They only had 20 day supply) they let me know they were gonna order more and write the doctor. After my doctor sends it in and I'm getting ready to go out of town they don't have any in stock. So I have to go 3 days without my meds. How did this happen a second time in a mon?

Horrible company!!! They're taking in new customers from a closed pharmacy and they can't even handle the customers they already have...STAY AWAY from Rite aid....not only a terrible money grabbing company, but they're incredibly slow at everything and nothing is ever in stock!

I absolutely do not understand why the women i talked to, who works here was so belligerent, I try to ask why my prescription isn't filled then continued to barade me saying it's auto refill but yet it isn't refilled in over a month? Moving across the street to Walgreens.

They are always messing up my prescriptions. I go there to pick up and they tell me they are out of stock well I'm sorry you have had my script for 2 weeks now so how can you not have them. Also I didn't receive no phone call regarding this before I drove there to get them now it's a weekend and nothing I can do until Monday. I will be leaving and going elsewhere.

This location is often out of stock of my medications. Today, after I mentioned that fact to the cashier, I heard some of the four women preparing orders mention my medication, my name followed by, “tell him to go somewhere else”. I said, excuse me? One of the women said, we are working this out. I said, next time I’ll go somewhere else. To which another person replied, we were talking about another situation. I know everyone is shorthanded, but these employees were unprofessional. I am switching because I don’t feel comfortable be talked about or for them handling my medications. Oh, and magically they were able to fill my entire out of stock medication.

Called today to ask if they had any in home covid test, the snotty lady on the phone with an additude says " No, there's none in the area" and hung up on me. Not the first time I've got attitude from workers there and I've just been told by others who have called for in home covid that they too were given attitude and hung up on.

I went to get my covid booster 2 days in a row at rite aid. Yesterday I was 5 minutes before 3 and the line was long, so they weren't accepting new walk ins. Today the woman said " we decided not to accept walk ins today, but we haven't told anyone yet" and told me I should drive an hour away tomorrow to get my booster. I checked online and it says they are doing walk ins. I didn't know rite aid just let's their staff refuse to do their jobs. I drove 40 miles and changed my schedule 2 days in a row. And I still have nothing to show for it.

The wait at the pharmacy is always too long! Also, they tell you that your refill is ready but when you go to pick it up, you're told you have to come back in an hour because they got behind. This has happened to myself and other people I know.

My daughter receive first COVID vaccine here...received call prior to second dose and was told they didn't any vaccine available, which I wasn't upset about, I appreciated the call..I Asked when I would know when there was availability, was assured I would be called. Week and a half passes with no call so I dropped by and was told "yes" they had the vaccine but I had to "schedule it" even though we were standing in front of them. Um made me feel like I was annoying them...Just not compassion for someone who has to drive in the snow for 45 mins to get there. Wish I had gone somewhere else initially!

This store is so slow. Constantly wait at pharmacy. They text you when your script is ready only to get there and they tell you the script cannot be filled for 2 more days.

friendly pharmacy the people
