When I walk into the middle of the store 3 lady's behind the counter and I have to greet the staff, you know they are unfriendly, not a place I will be shopping in the future

Very kind and helpful staff. Needed to cancel an order made for pickup and was taken care of quickly. Polite and professional, a great store stocked with lots of nice gifts.

The only place to go for cards. Yes, they're big corporate, but I have yet to see another card shop that provides better greeting cards for every occasion. If you can't find it at Hallmark, you're wasting your time. I've also purchased Hallmark CDs and movies here. Yes, I am a fan of Hallmark movies. Sometimes you need a little Hallmark in your life.

Very friendly staff. Generally stocked with a variety of products although some items are overpriced. But I guess ur paying for convenience and generally good quality products.

Get my Hallmark ornaments here. Staff is friendly but very limited. Not cheap it is Hallmark but when I need the perfect card or a anniversary or love gift I almost always find it.
