Three minutes away from this store; will drive 35 minutes to spend my money at COSTCO instead. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF! Went to return product "DARIA"refused to do it, stating that it was more than 30 days. It wasn't! Manager told her to do so, she blew up, yelled, screamed, threw her walkie talkie on the counter towards me stating that she was doing her job and manager was wrong. Told her I'm calling Corporate, she started yelling that I threatened her, took out her phone, and called 911!! She was asked to leave but refused. Had to literally be pushed away from behind the counter and she was terminated on the spot. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! "AHMED" (untruthfully identified himself as the Club Manager) came, spoke to her, asked me for my membership card to perform transaction on another terminal. HE LIED! Walked to middle of store, made a call while reading my card. Returned to say he REVOKED MY MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE I THREATENED A STAFF PERSON!! Corporate gave me runaround enormous amounts of mixed messages. Offered me a $40 digital card. I refused it! They deducted money from account. "REAL" club manager (RICH MCDERMOTT) is an uninformed idiot in my opinion. Couldn't answer questions about the withdrawal, but said it shouldn't have been done, check in the mail. Still no check. Next day: letter stating that relationship was severed, don't contact them anymore, I'd be trespassing if I entered any BJ's club. RICH MCDERMOTT admitted not knowing what happened during the incident, but that he believes his staff over a loyal customer. STAY AWAY! THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE! COSTCO IS BETTER ALL AROUND! BETTER TURN AROUND, FRESHER MEATS, COURTEOUS/HELPFUL STAFF, CLEANER/NEATER, AND BETTER PRICES! BJ's SUCKS!

Tire Center is super understaffed. There's only ever 1 or 2 guys working doing everything imaginable. I mostly see this one shorter gentleman all the time working on his own and I really feel for him because he does everything with a smile. If bjs doesn't get their act together they'll lose a great employee/employees. The 1 star is for the managers. I hope they get help soon, those guys are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to tires. There was a line for propane on Saturday and the guy was out there for 2 hours straight and called for assistance on the radio for someone to charge people and no one came out. People were just leaving with full tanks without paying

Posted hours for gas are 6:30AM.... Mostly on Sunday the gas attendant doesn't like to show up on time. This happens a lot during the week also. There's a line of traffic waiting to get in. People need to get to work. Yes, some of us still have jobs we need to get to.I will not be renewing my membership....Get someone who shows up on time.

I went into the tire department to fill a propane tank and was greeted with a face and rolled eyes. I was asked for my card and I said it's in the car with the tank I'll get it and the associate said "Of course it is." and smacked something down on the counter. I left, don't need to be treated like that.

This BJ's is closest to my house so I am there often. The food is fresh and store is always clean. Prices are good especially when utilizing coupons. Customer service is good and service desk too, sometimes slow but always polite. My only complaint is they NEVER have cases of Evian in stock. I buy it by the case from them for years for work and home and this particular BJ's very very very rarely has it. If they had it they would get more stars and business. Let's face it if I say I'm only going in for water that never happens! It's frustrating I can't rely on this store to have it in stock it's one of the main reasons I keep a BJ's membership. Meanwhile they have all these other obscure seemingly experimental waters.

I liked the layout better when all the paper goods were in the same aisle.

Omg ! I made the mistake of coming on a Sunday . Stay away , no run away from this location. The employees go out of their way to be rude . The line went all around the store ! I asked for a paper towel at cashier because something had leaked and cashier said no sorry . Manager said "I can't help you now I'm busy" um ok . Lady's room was the worst disgusting mess and smell I ever been in . I walked right out and advised a lady behind me to do the same . Then you NEED to wait again to get OUT of the store !! Ugh utter waste of time ! They should be ashamed really .

Very disappointed with the Tire Center. I needed to get a tire checked and they informed me to just come in. No appointment needed. When I got to the Tire Center the employee informed me that he was the only one there and could not assist me that day. He then said to make an appointment but he had nothing available the next day. What is the purpose of purchasing tires at BJs and not being able to get a simple tire check or inflation check completed. Poor customer serve in addition to false advertising. Shop is supposed to open at 9am but person on the phone told me 9:30am. Employee did not show up till around 9:20am and then had to clock in.

If they don't have the product you're looking for it doesn't exist and buying in bulk is a wonderful option

Just went shopping there (Yorktown Club), they had no way to grind whole bean coffee (was told the grinders were broken and they had a "ticket" to get them repaired, then went to get my propane grill tank filled (tire center sign says open until 6)...they were closed. Manager inside the store said they were only scheduled until 5.

Prices are reasonable. Aisles are well stocked. Cart guys do a very good job of making sure there are wagons ready and available. The check out line can take awhile depending on the time of day. Also, DON'T GET YOUR TIRES DONE HERE. Horrible experience with the staff and service. If I could only rate the tire center, they would receive zero out of 5. Took my business to Mavis and couldn't be happier!

I've been trying to get through to member services and the phone's been ringing for 20 mins to no avail. When I shop there and have a question, The only humans you see around are guys stocking shelves or selling things when you enter. Absolutely no customer service. Back to Shoprite I go.

Employees especially the front end, love to stand around and do nothing, especially when we need help checking out. Useless, attitude on some of these people suck. Getting tired. Especially the stupid b**** who told me to back off today. Shop online then.

Ugh. Empty shelves (aside from the anticipated cleaning supplies and paper goods), rotten produce, messy displays and filthy shopping carts (the man at the entrance offered me a paper towel with disinfectant spray(?), yet failed to remove the obvious garbage in the cart. There is one line for check-out (understandably during the pandemic)- which moves at the speed of a turtle on Thorazine. Additionally, there is particular focus of using the "self" check-out registers, rather than having more than two associate-manned registers open. The self check out registers constantly have problems (aside from people who do not have the mental capacity to scan items & place them in the bagging area) - there is never an associate around to assist with this insanity. Finally, if the motivation by management to have shoppers use self check-out to avoid employee exposure to Covid (and not just saving costs on staffing. In the middle of a pandemic), they should certainly ensure that each check-out area is sanitized in between each customer & that they help enforce mask adherence- half of the employees (let alone the public) were not wearing their masks correctly (if at all!)
