BJ's is my go-to store for bulk items, fresh produce, meats, deli items, and, let's face it, just about everything! I combine my weekly gas trip with shopping and make good use of their app, which lets you scan as you add to your cart, quick-purchase and have the barcode scanned as you leave the store (with an item audit for security) and you do not have to stand on long lines at the register! You also don't have to put the items on the belt and take them off again with the app. Talk about convenience! Make sure you buy as you see, because sometimes items are not in stock. For instance, for some reason I have not seen Woolite on the shelves the past couple of weeks. But usually very well stocked and the store is clean and easy to navigate with wide aisles.

Nice people BUT the facility itself is NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY, alot of TIGHT, windy backroads, extremely hard to access and just no space once you get in here. I would NOT EVER COME BACK HERE, for any rate at all. They need to have 48's and day cabs only but EVEN IF the back roads are just horrible and the facility was built for cars only. DONT DO IT

I went here to buy a product the app says they have in stock.I walked up and down the aisle at least 6 times. I couldn't find it.I asked customer service to help me. He said they have it in stock but doesn't know where it is. He didn't offer to help me find it or to get someone to help.I asked another employee for help and she said they had no staff available to help me get it and to come back tomorrow (???).I won't be renewing my membership.

Let me just say that the BJ's tire in Yorktown, heights is truly the joke of all jokes. I recently purchased tires there, and I noticed the car had a little vibration on the highway. As a former dealership techcian, I told the guy at BJ'S that this tire had to much weights added to rim. He tried to tell me the rim is somehow bent which it was not. The people that are working the tire department should be immediately removed, and qualified individuals need to be hired. I will never use BJ'S tire again.

Bakery is terrible. Ordered cupcakes from here. Ordered! Not bought off the isle. The frosting was frozen and fell off all the cupcakes.

Bought 5 tires for my car. Price for the tires was excellent and other fees were reasonable. Installation was quoted at 1 1/2 hours. It took 2 hrs. Technician seemed to be the only one working the tire department. When my car was returned the tire pressures were incorrect, the wheel covers were not mounted correctly and the spare tire (which was replaced with new) was left unsecured in the trunk. Next time I will buy the tires and have them installed elsewhere.

This location is awful in just about every way possible. Low staff. Low product selection. The worst deli I ever had to deal with it’s normal to wait 10+min for 1 number to get called. Also one of the main reasons we don’t have a Costco instead. This store is horrid

We got our tires here for the first time. So far so good! I can't complain! I hope to not have to complain and I hope to go back for more tires.

The last 3 times I've been to this store I have left empty handed. It just seems like they NEVER have what I am looking for. In the year and a half I have been a member I have literally bought 2 things and 1 tank of gas. I don't know why I even keep this useless membership!!

Lately many items previously in store are not available. I have (weekly) searched for Dial Antibacterial foaming hand soap and Nestlé SEMI SWEET chips. So disappointing --just to name a couple of items.

I will only use BJ's Bakery for cakes for special occasions. They are awesome! They do amazing work, are so professional and efficient. The women (don't know names) are so helpful, polite and talented. I would give more stars if there was a choice. They never disappoint

I've been trying to get in contact with HR for nearly a month now after they got back to me via email. Everytime I call and try to speak with HR im left on hold for 45 minutes until they hang up. Someone isn't doing their job. And lost out on a skilled applicant.

I've been having problems with the door staff when leaving. 1st I had words with one who wanted to to tell him how many items I had in my cart. Not my job I said, I count my money. Today as I'm leaving the door staff counts each item in the cart which was fine if would have done that for the non black customers in front of me and behind me. I wonder isthis the store practice or the staff at the door personal practice ?

Tire Center is super understaffed. There's only ever 1 or 2 guys working doing everything imaginable. I mostly see this one shorter gentleman all the time working on his own and I really feel for him because he does everything with a smile. If bjs doesn't get their act together they'll lose a great employee/employees. The 1 star is for the managers. I hope they get help soon, those guys are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to tires. There was a line for propane on Saturday and the guy was out there for 2 hours straight and called for assistance on the radio for someone to charge people and no one came out. People were just leaving with full tanks without paying
