Be prepared no matter what come of day you come there will be a line and you will have to wait. Having said, if you can make an appointment - do so. In an age where competency is rare - very few can be trusted to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. This is where Kim (for chase private client ) comes in. In less than 5 minutes she caught a very severe error that could have had potentially major legal consequences if left unnoticed. Not only was she quick to find the problem, she was able to offer a solution immediately. Going forward I will only deal with Kim, I suggest you do the same. I hope she gets a ginormous raise tomorrow as she deserves all of it and then some. JP Morgan Chase, Kim is an asset, recognize!

I love this place. They have very attractive and strong looking men who work there. The only con is a lady who stared at me the entire time when I was speaking with someone else. This lady whom made me feel very uncomfortable.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Waited almost two hours while Vanessa Breton and Leslie Cruz had zero regard for customers time. They claimed that was a normal wait time. Do yourself a favor, literally go to any other branch. Unless of course, you have two hours that you never want to see again.

This bank has the worse sense of urgency I have ever seen. I use to work in a bank for 9years and I would never let a line go this long! My staff understood when a line is forming it's all hands on deck. Platform should be engaging when it's this busy. Chase putting in machines as tellers is a horrible idea. This has made the wait time longer! Good luck going here go to another branch where there is some kind of sense of urgency.

What a horrible idea, Chase. Put up more ATMS and leave only two teller windows?! ATMs do not cover everything. Certain payments, elderly and disabled customers. The line here was huge and insane. Stop it Chase.

Came here before. Whenever we came in the past, my mom wants us to withdraw money from the unemployment benefit card for her as she is busy and doesn't know how to use an ATM.

Everyone at this branch is very helpful and extremely friendly. It is a very busy location so come early so you can get in and out. They have a small parking lot which is always full so park across the street which has plenty of parking. Yoy can't go wrong banking with Chase especially at this branch. They have several staff members that speak different languages which really helps the clients in the neighborhood.

Chase would normally get 1 - 2 stars from me, but this particular branch gets a "4" solely because their "personal bankers" aren't ready at the doorway to try to shove credit cards and online bill pay down my throat. And if I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes to talk to customer service, then this branch might deserve 5 stars.
