They do not deserve a star. Worst service ever. Incompetent staff, rude and inefficient. I had no idea people could be so brain dead.

I wish I could rate them zero or negative if there was an optionFor 1 prescription I had to call them 3 times and was put on hold the 3rd time and they never answeredEither employees are too lazy or shoved with too much work.I would never use this pharmacy againWorst customer service and almost every one works there has an attitude and no zeal to help customers this includes both front end and the pharmacy

Very poorly managed pharmacy. They confirm prescriptions of medicine they don't have in stock. Have had this happen multiple times now so would advise against using this pharmacy if it is important in anyway.

Super nice and helpful staff, both in the store and in the pharmacy. Open late. Never an issue with parking. Clean and very well maintained store!

Staff is very nice. Maybe the rest of the reviewers need an attitude adjustment.

Can't schedule an appointment for flu shot because there's no time available but I can walk in and get it in 15 min. Makes no sense.

This review is about the pharmacy component only - I am sorry I am unable to give it zero stars.First and foremost, if you are able to switch to different pharmacy brand, do so now, and if you are not able to, at a minimum, switch to another nearby CVS pharmacy. My family moved to Yorktown in 1997 from NYC. We found the staff to be very friendly and efficient which was a great surprise from what we were used to in NYC. I am not sure what changed in last 5 yrs or so, it is has become the worst place to get your prescriptions filled. As many other reviews noticed, except for a few staff members, rest are rude and unhelpful. For the last 2 years or so, I am finding that my (and family members') no longer active prescriptions are being filled automagically. I have called and visited the pharmacy in-person to have the "ready fill" flag removed but it has not helped (something/someone mysteriously turns it on again).Because of a disability, I am not able to visit the pharmacy all the times to pick up my active prescriptions. As such, I have to depend on family members to help me once in a while. In my most recent experience, I asked my son to pick up one of my prescriptions and he came back with quite a few - including prescriptions I am no longer using and removed from the ready fill. It was late in the evening but I called the pharmacy right away and informed them what they have done. I paid, approximately, $71 for the medicines I did not need. The next day, I visited the pharmacy myself and spoke with the pharmacy manager. The pharmacy manager (who shall remain nameless) is the most rude and unhelpful person I have ever encountered in 64+ years of my life. I explained my frustration with what is going on and showed him bottles of wrongly filled prescriptions in last 2-3 months worth about $200 in co-insurance. Not only this is waste of insurance resources but I simply can no longer afford to pay. Here is a summary of discussion:1. Your son/spouse made us turn the ready fill ON again (he was the one who helped me couple of months ago in turning the flag off for all of family's prescriptions).2. Your doctor sent us a new prescription!3. If your son/spouse did not do it, someone in the corporate did it but he has no way of validating it. I have to call the corporate and try to find out from them.4. When I showed him text messages from CVS trying to fill a an eye-drops prescription for my son from more than 6 months ago, his answer is, someone from the "dark" web is doing it!!! Now, why someone should be texting me from the dark web for refills and also informing me when the prescription is ready for pickup is beyond me.5. He told me he is very busy but he is trying to help me. I wish someone would tell me if his job is not to help a customer then what is it?6. Finally, he informed me once a prescription leaves the store, it can't be taken back even though the medicine is still in original stapled bag. I know the policy, however, I remember another more understanding manager had helped me before with a similar situation. In short, if we were living in a world where insurance companies do not dictate "preferred" pharmacies (otherwise, you pay a lot more), this manager will be the greatest asset for CVS's competitors.

This place has gone way down hill. You can't even get any help from the pharmacy.if you call, all you get is Covid recordings. Then when you go in the store you have long lines, and some of the isles block by employees restocking items. Other CVS stores have the same Covid recording on there voice-mail, and its impossible to talk to a pharmacist for help.

Rude Pharmacy staff, half of them belong at McDonald's but probably won't even cut it there. Send your scripts elsewhere, you were warned! They will always short/give more on pill count by 1 day, please be careful, someone needs to report these clowns.

Awful. Always extremely crowded. You have to be in close contact with unmasked idiot customers when corralled on line. Slow, confusion and disorganization at pharmacy. Once they spent 15 minutes looking for my medicine while I was there another time they told me to leave and come back. App is hard to use. I wanted to change the contact information for my prescription but they couldn’t do that when I was picking up my medicine and instead they told me I would have to go wait on a separate long line.

Absolutely disgusting… I recently moved here and went to this CVS twice to refill my prescriptions. Every time there was a problem. The pharmacy staff was NOT helpful. Their only objective was to get rid of me. No one knew what was going on. They told me I didn’t have refills (which I did), then after waiting for 30 minutes it turned out no one even started on the refills, then finally when I reminded them that I was still there they said the item wasn’t in stock!!! The staff was so rude and nasty. The pharmacist yelled at me when I was simply trying to figure out why the coupon I always use in other CVS locations didn’t work this time. They wasted half of my day and I still don’t have what I came for, which is a medication I literally need to survive (I’m a diabetic). I tried calling them and the lady got annoyed with me because she had to do her job… put me on hold and pretended I wasn’t there. I’ve never seen anything like this to be honest. Just complete incompetence coupled with a nasty and unprofessional attitude. Never coming back here again, don’t even mind driving farther away, as long as I don’t have to deal with any of the pharmacy staff ever again. What a shame CVS.
