We had Jade as our Tech and she is AWESOME!! She went over and beyond to make our getting glasses, as pleasant as possible!!! She gave us EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service!!!

Doctor is extremely rude, inpatient and unprofessional. Her and I both were very shocked when she discovered during the exam that my 12 yr old daughter had a drastic vision decline within a short period and when I requested a referral for her to see a PEDIATRIC ophthalmologist that her pediatrician recommended, she never had the respect to call back. Biggest red flag of all, was how poorly she treated my 5 yr old special needs child, who literally had far better manners and focus skills than the doctor herself.

Will make you wait more than an hour to actually get into your appointment, always running late and very unorganized. Would definitely not refer to anyone.

We had an awful experience here with Nancy Schiffman. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day, or if her personality is naturally awful. But I brought my two daughters in and she was rude, rushing, and made our experience completely unpleasant with snide remarks and attitude. The other staff were amazing, helpful, and extremely polite. Even my children were uncomfortable. I will never bring them back there, nor will I use Vision Works for my eye appointment. Very disappointing experience.

Have to give a huge shout to Dr Nancy Schiffman of Davis Visonworks in the mall and to Dr Keyhani of Keyhani Eye AssociatesI went on Saturday 7/1) for a routine eye exam to update my glasses. During the exam she noticed the pressure in my eyes were a little high and she was concerned about the onset of glaucoma. In the middle of the eye exam, she is calling/texting Ophthalmologist colleagues from her cell phone to try to get me an appointment during the holiday weekend. After a few no answers, she reached Dr Keyhani (Jefferson Valley) on his cell phone and he guaranteed an appointment to see me today. She not only contacted Dr Keyhani, but called a couple of local pharmacies to locate the eye drops that DR K prescribed. Taconic Pharmacy for the win!Long story short, I was seen by 830 this morning. No glaucoma and pressure was fine, but I have "narrow angles", which Dr Keyhani described as a simple fix.I was completely blown away by the over and above service and care received from Dr's Schiffman and Keyhani, as well as all of the staff in both facilities. Cassidy was wonderful in assisting me to pick out frames, explain options and complete the transaction. It was so refreshing and comforting to receive what I consider to be "old school" medicine and care! I did not expect this from a "mall eyeglass store" my bad!

This is a well- run practice. Professional, accommodating and patient staff who know what they’re doing. Highly recommend telehealth model. Practitioners were warm and friendly. It felt odd at first, but I appreciated the efficiency of doing it this way. I drove my parents and in laws all over the place to get them to their appointments. This would have been a Godsend!

Made an appointment a month ahead. Got there and was told there’s 3 people (who didn’t have appointments) in front of me. Dr. was very unprofessional. Blamed me for her not keeping her appointment. Whoever runs the store clearly doesn’t understand they need more people working a Saturday. Main retail worker out front was clearly swamped. She did a great job though.

Been waiting 4+ months for any response from this office. I’ve called multiple times to check on my glasses order they always say they are working on it and promise to call me back. They NEVER do. Called my insurance and find out there’s actually been almost no contact. What a waste of time.

They canceled an appointment that I had made weeks before.. the day before the appointment saying they had double booked. So I scheduled another appointment more than a month in advance because that's the nearest thing they had and today I go in and was told the optometrist was running late and it would be an hour and 15 minutes before they could see me. Totally mismanaged office. I will never deal with these people again.

It should be negative 5 stars. It's been over a month and still haven't received my sons glasses. Finally was told they would be in today but when I called nope! Email was sent that they had to send it to another lab due to his script. WTH !!! Been over a month and now it has to go yet to another place cause they don't know what to do. Nothing but lies, rude customer service by the little girls there that know nothing about the services that they are supposed to provide. All in all if you want glasses don't go here!

I like the Dr. BUT I was there for over three hours!! No point in calling very short staff and the phone ringer is on mute! Not once did I hear the phone ring. I can see the light blinking! I picked my glasses then I got so frustrated and decided not to buy the glasses. The only reason I did not leave was because I need my contacts. Horrible hire more people or book less people a day! A nightmare!
